The house is very cute and in a great location. We brought our boat and we were able to leave it at the house and just get in and go. Minor repairs could be done to the house like the screen coming off of the porch in the back, and in one of the bathrooms the shower and sink did not drain well. These things aren’t major but things that were noticed that may need maintenance. Overall, great stay!

The indoors was very tastefully decorated. The outdoor porch was very comfortable. Some of the railing could use some udates, where I see they have started on some of the dock. Air was a very pleasurable and comfortable experience.

We brought our dogs with us because of the fenced in backyard. The pictures that showed the backyard and screened back patio are not accurate. The grass was over grown and looked like it had not been cut in weeks. I let the host know and I was told lawn care was scheduled the next day. Not a problem but no one came. There were two huge overgrown bushes and a palm tree that blocked the patio views and hard to walk around them. The house is cute but the lawn care is lacking and disappointing. One of the steps from the back patio to the yard was broken. I reported it and they came the next day to fix it. We saw a water bug twice during our stay (in the hall bathroom and living room). If you stay here, bring bath towels because you get one person.

Found a live water roach on the ceiling of the bathroom and a dead one in a windowsill by the dining room table. Gate going to the small yard had to be lifted to get it open and grass was not mowed and definitely needed it. Sign on refrigerator stated: "pets not allowed in your rental at any time".... why was this rated as pet-friendly and we were charged extra for the pets? Mattress in master bedroom was bad and dipped badly in the center. We had a good time, but felt like we paid too much for accomodations.

Nice house and decor, very homey. Super clean inside and the beds were quite comfortable. The sun porch is nice, we enjoyed it but the furniture could use some cleaning. Railed deck was great; fished right from it!! Property could use some outside maintenance but did not affect our stay in the least. The stairs were a bit awkward; steep and narrow. We had a good time and enjoyed our vaca stay at sea Esta. Would recommend it to others.

Great house on the canal.

Great house. Very clean and well decorated. Comfortable beds and furniture. Nice view of bay in front and canal in back. Loved the screened in porch. Kitchen was well equipped. We cooked there almost every night. Could have used a few more cleaning supplies and grill needed some repair. Overall, highly recommended.

The property was nice and comfortable with several features that contributed to our enjoyment for fishing. The cleaning crew does need to do a better job with the showers as there was mildew/mold along the shower floor in each bathroom.
