The location is great. The house is well-maintained and had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying our stay. The bed in master was a little firm for me but we made do. I think the price for this property is great for what you get! .

Great Stay
This place was great for spending time on the water fishing and sitting on back patio enjoying nature. House was well stocked and has good accomodations!
We enjoyed this beautiful canal home! Super convenient location for fishing spots! Enough parking for boat trailer and vehicles. 5 minute boat ride to paradise key restaurant. We will definitely be back.
We loved the location & house. It was perfect for our dogs with the fenced in yard. The neighborhood was great, & being on the water was perfect with the boat. We will be back!
The property is very comfortable. Nice kitchen with everything to cook.Bedrooms are also super.Decorations and details in the house are very nice.We spent 4 wonderful days. But, my fur baby did not enjoyed the back yard even it is fenced, there are many "cadillos" that hurted her paws.Backyard need a lot of maintenance.

Great stay
The house worked out great for our purposes. One small hiccup on cleaning before we arrived but the owner and cleaning service reacted before we called!!
We really enjoyed our stay. They had everything you would need. The only issues we had was the tv in the sunroom did not work. The shower head in the main bathroom should probably be replaced. Would definitely stay again.
We enjoyed this place very much! Parking the boat in the back made it so easy to just go out and fish whenever we wanted without having to load it up on the trailer every time. Thank you for the relaxing time we had. We will be back!

Great home on the canal
Very nice home with all of the comforts I expected. Plenty of space. Nice covered patio and large outdoor dining space. Large bedroom and great water pressure in the shower to clean off after a day fishing.
Cute place on the canal. Clean, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable. Thankfully we had some extension cords because fish cleaning stand lights and plug were not working. Overall would go back.

Great location and plenty of room
We stayed at this canal front home for 10 days with my family. My boys loved the fishing from the canal and used the kayaks to go out to the bay and numerous islands just a short paddle from the house. The interior was very spacious with lots of seating in the family room for evening watching TV and playing games at the dining table. I love cooking and found everything I needed to make all the meals, especially the freshly caught trout and redfish that my kids brought home. (my family that lives in Rockport, have a boat) The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly & Palm Harbor Marina is at the end of the street. You won't be disappointed !
Perfect Balance: Remote Work and World-Class Fishing Retreat
My brother and I had devised a cunning plan—a week of "remote work" from a Vrbo haven, strategically nestled between Rockport and Aransas Pass. It was a place where mornings started with the pull of fish on the line, and afternoons hummed with the sound of keyboards beneath the reliable comfort of air conditioning.
The house itself, perched just five minutes from world-class fishing by boat, was more than a mere backdrop to our adventures. With WiFi strong enough to rival any office connection, we seamlessly toggled between spreadsheets and tackle boxes. The kitchen—well-stocked and ample—kept us fueled for both work and play, whether it was early-morning coffee or post-fishing meals that tasted like victory.
And should the need arise to venture into civilization, both Rockport and Aransas Pass were mere minutes away, perfect for quick restocks on groceries or—more importantly—tackle. In short, this place didn’t just fit our week—it elevated it.
If you're seeking a retreat where you can blend the grind with the glide of a boat on the water, look no further.
