The house is really great for a larger group. The pool table was a huge hit, and the pier is really nice. We only caught a few small trout, but being on the water and able to relax was really nice. We would highly recommend this place because of the many spaces to sit and relax, and because of the location.

Absolutely A Wonderful Vacation Rental

Great property on the water. Purpose of trip to Rockport was for fishing. Could not be happier with our stay at Pier Pleasure 1. Private pier was amazing. House was comfortable and clean, and cool for the unseasonable hot weather. Spent a majority of our time at the house or on the pier relaxing. Enjoyed watching the dolphins and birds. Already talking about going back next year.

Sitting on the dock of the bay

Enjoyed the property and the available amenities. The living quarters were nice & clean, pool room offered a nice respite, and the dock was awesome for fishing and fun. I would return and would recommend this to others.

Very nice house well stocked

Loved the long, lighted pier. House was perfect and had everything you could think of to have a great time. Plenty of towels, kitchen pots and pans. Beds were comfortable and the AC was cold. Had a separate fridge downstairs for drinks. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay - comfortable / clean. Unfortunately, several lights were out with an important one over the stove - so hopefully that will be a check off for a complete house. Also, the screen porch was block off which was not mentioned in the summary.

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay and found the home comfortable and clean. We have replaced all of those lights. We were having trouble replacing them. We checked the screen porch, and it was working, but we will keep an eye as it is a great feature to be able to enjoy.

Great house on Copano Bay

House was perfect as always. AC was cold. Kitchen had everything you need. Plenty of room. Pier had nice lights. Lots of fish under the lights at night. Very quiet in September compared to June. We were just about the only people in the neighborhood.

The Pierfect Getaway

We spent our days soaking up stunning sunsets, fishing all night from the long, lighted pier, and enjoying the spacious kitchen that was fully stocked with all the amenities you need to cook up a great meal or your catch. We really enjoyed the large living room including a lot of rounds of billiards in the evening. With three bedrooms and three baths, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax in comfort. There were also a family porpoises that visited us every day and came really close to our piers - it was really a spectacle to watch them come and go as they pleased. The best part that this place is located just minutes from golf, bait shops, grocery stores, and great local restaurants, everything you need is close by. Whether you're grilling outside, sharing stories over dinner, or simply enjoying the peaceful bay views, this clean and cozy retreat near the heart of RockPort is the perfect place to unwind and decompress. We will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful, clean property

Beautiful property and perfect setup for our family. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was clean and the AC worked well. We rented the house for my family of 9. The setup of this house was perfect for having a toddler. The stairs going down to the gameroom could be shut off, so there were no exposed stairs and worries about a toddler tumbling. The gameroom was perfect for my 9 and 13 year old and gave them some space to watch tv and play pool by themselves. The use of the garage is an added plus to this property for fishing poles and ice chests that are usually a pain to lug upstairs. The pier is beautiful and can be seen clearly from the balcony on the back of the house. And the screened in porch off the primary was fantastic. The views are beautiful!! We thoroughly enjoyed this rental and hope to come back soon. The only thing I would suggest is some green lights on the pier or at the wall by the house.

short getaway

Very nice well appointed home. Great location on Copano Bay with nice personal Pier. Bring your own soap. Not a single bar of soap anywhere in the house. Only other issue was the extremely poor internet service. If you are trying to get away and unplug it's perfect, but if you need to get any work done this may not be the place. I restarted the modem but still no good. extremely slow and intermittent. I had to use my mobile hotspot but even that was weak due to the location. Other than these two issues it is a very nice place.

We appreciate the feedback! We did not have soaps listed, but since it is an amenity you would like, we have added body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for those who want to pack light. Also, after receiving this, we had our internet provider out and replaced the modem and the router, so the house is back to being a great place to work from home.

Pier Pleasure I was great experience. House was very clean and good location. Kithchen well stocked, only comment here is the stove light is still out, a previous customer had mentioned this in his review from Dec? Owner or property manager should have this simple fix taken care of. The primary bathroom has some evidence of leaks ? on ceiling , torn paint that should be addressed, not very attractive. The game room downstairs was a bonus.. since weather was not very agreeable , the pool table provided a lot of indoor entertainment... the porches are great esp at sunset! Overall great house just needs a few little maintenance details to be addressed. By the Bay rentals great to work with, very prompt and professional..Hope to visit again when warmer!!!

So happy you enjoyed working with us. We replaced the lights again today, they were replaced after the last review as well. We will check them more often but are surprised at how quickly they go out. We are working on the overall maintenance of the home, but with a such a great property it has been hard to squeeze it all in between guest as it stays fairly booked.

La casa está impecable, las camas muy cómodas, la cocina muy bien equipada, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, las áreas sociales diseñadas para pasar momentos muy agradables y habría que agregar que la forma en que esta decorada es muy linda y la casa se siente muy acogedora. El muelle esta muy bien hecho, con luz y pasamos un rato muy agradable sentados viendo el atardecer y pescando hasta tarde. Hemos ido a otros airbnb en los que la realidad no concuerda con las fotografias, en este caso la realidad supera lo descrito en la pagina.

Bayside Living

This place was great. Setup was nice. Very spacious area. Quiet neighborhood. Private pier with lights. Everything is close by; beach, restaurants, fishing, and stores. You do not have to travel far. Open the dual garage, relax in a chair, throw some steaks/shrimp on the grill, have a drink, play some tunes, and enjoy the sunset. We had an amazing time at this rental.

Pier Pleasure I - Great Experience

First family vacay for me, my new husband, two sons and their families. Everything was as described, and when the battery went out on the lock during our stay, management was right on it. Only complaint at all is the shower in the master bedroom is VERY slippery. A mat or some rough strips would be helpful. Pier was a great addition for fishing and watching sunrise/sunset. Overall, highly recommended and would stay here again.
