About this property

Three-bedroom home in quiet neighborhood but close to OK City and Norman

You will love this new three bedroom, two bath home in a new development. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a private fenced yard. This is a perfect place to stay for family events such as holidays, wedding and graduation celebrations, etc. There is easy access to the universities for visiting students and attending university events.

Proximity to Oklahoma City makes this the perfect place to stay for cultural, educational and sports events in the City. Our home is just 10 minutes southwest of Oklahoma City with quick access to the freeways and only 15 minutes from Norman and the University of Oklahoma.

This property is animal dander-free and smoke-free. In order to ensure the health and safety of family members with severe animal dander allergies, we must strictly enforce this policy. For the health and safety of our family and our guests, we also have a strict no smoking policy.

Due to our home’s location in a quiet residential neighborhood, this property is NOT appropriate for lodging for out of area workers or to be used for loud parties. We do not accept rentals for longer than 14 days.

Our home has sleeping accommodations for a maximum of 6 adults, one king and two queen beds.

The Home has a well-equipped kitchen, WiFi Internet, Smart TV with Netflix, a propane grill and well-appointed living/dining spaces, bedrooms, baths and a laundry room.

PLEASE NOTE: We are experiencing a glitch in the Description of our property on the VRBO site. . It is showing that we have a SPA/HOT TUB. We have never had a SPA/HOT TUB and do not currently have this amenity. We are working with the VRBO folks to fix this "glitch" so the property description accurately reflects the amenities we do offer. We apologize for any misunderstandings potential guests might have experienced because of this. According to VRBO, they are researching this and tell us the problem should be corrected very soon.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our visit for a wedding. The property was ideal for reconnecting with old college friends, even better than the listing described. Perfect Place to Celebrate Thanksgiving

We stayed here with my family to celebrate Thanksgiving. I was so thrilled to see a completely stocked kitchen and the large dining room table.
