Très bon séjour

Petite maison simple mais très bien équipée, parfaite pour deux personnes. Terrasse et petit jardin pour se reposer au sein d’une végétation abondante et un peu sauvage.Notre hôte a été très accueillant, disponible et arrangeant.La localisation est parfaite pour visiter ce coin de Corse entre Sagone, Cargèse, Piana et Porto/Ota.

Häuschen in Strandnähe auf ländlichem Grundstück

Wir waren begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt bei Pierre. Die Lage des Grundstücks ist ideal, 10min zu Fuß zum Strand von Peru. Der Vermieter hat sich am Strandparkplatz mit uns getroffen und uns zum Ferienhaus gebracht. Er war sehr bemüht und jederzeit erreichbar, brachte uns auch einen Wasserkocher und zusätzliche Töpfe. Wir haben die Terrasse genutzt und das Haus war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Obwohl noch drei andere Ferienhäuser auf dem riesigen Gelände stehen, haben wir von den Nachbarn fast nichts mitbekommen. Vom Gelände aus kommt man schnell Richtung Piana/Calanche über eine kleine Strasse. Wir haben viele Ausflüge in diese Richtung gemacht, mit E-Bikes und auch mit dem Auto und Wanderungen. Es ist eine fantastische Gegend!

Très jolie maison , merci à Pierre!

Nous avions très belles vacances dans la maison de Pierre. La maison est très calme, il y a tout qu'on a besoin. La terrasse est parfait en ombre, la plage est seulement quelques minutes par pied. Nous aimions aussi les deux chats de Pierre qui sont très sympas! Merci Pierre pour des vacances qui nous n'allons pas oublier!

Sehr schönes,ruhiges , einfaches Ferienhaus mit überdachter Terrasse.

Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man benötigt und ist für 2 bis 3 Personen perfekt. Auf der überdachten Terrasse hat man den ganzen Tag Schatten. Pierre ist sehr zuvorkommend, er hat uns am Tor empfangen und Probleme immer sofort gelöst. Auf dem Grundstück sind 4 Ferienhäuser, jedes mit einem kleinen eigenen Garten, genügend Platz und man wird von keinem Nachbar gestört. Grillen ist auf dem in die Stäucher eingewachsenen Grill nicht möglich. Einziger Nachteil, der Strand ist entgegen der Angabe in der Beschreibung nicht 200m entfernt und diese Strecke ist auch nicht in 5 Minuten zu Fuß machbar. Ich würde sagen es sind etwa 1,1 km und mit dem Auto braucht man etwa 5 Minuten. Dies hat allerdings wenig gestört, da es auch im August zumindestes am Vormittag oder am Abend genügend kostenlose Parkplätze gibt.

Wunderschön!

Pierre hat ein wundervolles Anwesen mit Schafen, einer Ziege, und zehn Katzen. Pierre ist ein sehr freundlicher und humorvoller Gastgeber. Wir waren nur unglücklich, dass unsere Französischkenntnisse zu schlecht für längere Gespräche waren, aber selbst damit bekommt man es gut hin, Pierre hilft. Zum wirklich schönen Strand sind es ungefähr 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt!

Schöner Aufenthalt in Meernähe in einem Bungalow in ruhiger Gartenanlage

Wir haben spontan gebucht, dabei sehr schnelle und komplikationslose Kommunikation mit Pierre, der sehr freundlich ist. Der Bungalow ist sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, es gibt eine eigene Terrasse, die Unterkunft befindet sich mit drei anderen Bungalows auf einem schön und dicht bepflanzten Grundstück, man bekommt von den Nachbarn nichts mit. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Meer, Strand von Peru, für Kinder geeignet und sehr schön, Anfang Juni auch eher leer. Cargese Zentrum ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Insgesamt sehr schöner und ruhiger Aufenthalt! Danke!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus war sehr schön, sehr ruhig gelegen in einem Gelände mit 4 Ferienhäusern und dem Haus des Vermieters. Wir waren völlig ungestört. Herr Canon, der Vermieter, hat auch einige Tiere auf dem Gelände und viele schöne Pflanzen. Der Umgang mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Nur etwas stimmt nicht. Wenn man buchen will und sehen, wo das Haus steht, gibt die Webseite dies nur mit einem hellblauen Kreis an. Auf der Webseite steht, das Meer sei 0.2 km vom Meer entfernt. Das stimmt nicht, es ist etwa 1 km entfernt.

Kleine und gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Grünen

Erst einmal vorweg - Pierre ist ein super netter Vermieter, der stets zur Stelle ist, wenn man ihn braucht. Ansonsten hält er sich dezent zurück und man fühlt sich in seiner Ferienwohnung sehr wohl. Diese ist recht schlicht eingerichtet und liegt auf einem Gelände, welches von ihm sehr schön gestaltet bzw. bepflanzt wurde. Die Lilien- bzw. Oleanderallee sind wirklich schön anzuschauen. Neben den vielen Grün befinden sich noch ein paar Schafe und Ziegen auf dem Gelände. Wer also eine ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen bzw. der Natur und einen netten Vermieter sucht, ist bei Pierre genau richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit in Cargèse sehr genossen!

Wohlfühl-Urlaub an der Westküste Korsikas

Erneut haben wir die keine Anlage von Pierre Canon sehr genossen. Er ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber: Immer da, wenn man ihn braucht, ansonsten sehr diskret. Haus und Terrasse sind in sehr gutem Zustand, die Küche ist einfach, aber vollständig eingerichtet. Die wahrscheinlich neue Matratze war anfangs etwas hart, zwei Wolldecken als Unterlage sorgten für mehr Bequemlichkeit. Neben der Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers hervorzuheben: die Sauberkeit des Hauses, die Möglichkeit, gegen Gebühr die Klimaanlage für das Haus dazu zu buchen und die kurzen Wege zum Strand (5 Min. zu Fuß) und nach Cargése (3 Min. mit Pkw). Auf dem großen Grundstück befinden sich auch einige Volieren - das Kikeriki der Hähne war nur anfänglich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Fazit: Schönes Haus in toller Lage, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Séjour à Cargèse

La petite maison dans un grand, sauvage et très tranquille jardin est très adorable: simple mais très propre et contenant tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour agréable. On peut parvenir à la grande et belle plage dans 10 min à pied. Le propriétaire sympathique est toujours atteignable et très bienveillant. Nous avions un séjour agréable et relaxant.

Séjour agréable à Cargèse

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette location à Cargèse! L’appartement est simple mais propre et correctement équipé: le jardin et la terrasse sont un vrai plus et très appréciables surtout avec de jeunes enfants. Et surtout, le propriétaire est accueillant et très prévenant!

Tranquille à la ferme entre mer et montagne

Merci à Pierre pour son accueil très chaleureux, à la fois disponible et discret. Le logement est simple mais fonctionnel avec une agréable terrasse et de très beaux lauriers fleurs. La plage n'est pas très loin (notez qu'il n'y a pas de trottoir pour se rendre à la plage et que les voitures roulent très vite). La plage de Peru est tres agréable pour la baignade, les restos sur la plage pour dîner et prendre l'apéro. La plage chiuni (accessible en voiture est très belle sable blanc et en pente douce, les enfants ont pied partout). Le centre de Cargese est très joli (mention +++ pour le restaurant le Yuka a coté d'une des églises)

Calme, simplicité et gentillesse
