Happiness comes in waves. Find your happy place at this beachfront vacation rental with stunning Gulf Front views. Condo 804 is located on the eighth and has contemporary dcor with a beach theme, keyless entry, over 1300 sq. feet, fully furnished with modern Led lighting and remote-controlled fans.

The beautifully designed, well-equipped kitchen features a glass tile backsplash, an island with seating for four, granite countertops, a Keurig, and all new stainless-steel appliances. The dining room is appointed with a glass top table with seating for six.

There are luxury linens in both bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, 42 flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan, and a private screened lanai with a relaxing chaise lounge. Attached is the primary bathroom with a modern glass door, tiled walk-in shower, Led lighted mirror, and full-sized high efficiency washer and dryer. The guest bedroom sleeps two with a queen-sized bed, 24 TV, fan, and its own private screened lanai. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower and an Led lighted mirror.

After a long day at the beach, you can unwind in the living room. The large living room has a sectional sofa, comfy swivel rocker barrel chairs, 60 smart TV and sound bar, and an optional cabinet fold out bed with a queen memory foam mattress. The front screened lanai features a countertop table and chairs, and breathtaking Gulf-Front view.

Relax in paradise at this Fort Myers Beach vacation rental located on the South End of Estero Island. Within the gated beachfront community of Island Winds, you will enjoy amenities such as a heated pool and spa, free parking, tennis/pickleball courts with advanced reservations, cable, fitness center, free Wi-Fi, shuffleboard courts, covered gas grills, and much more!

Nice relaxing vacation

The condo was great for our nice relaxing family vacation. We loved being able to walk a few steps to the beach and pool. Nice quiet complex and close to many restaurants.

Loved our stay!

Beautiful, updated condo right on the beach. Great views from each balcony. Comfortable beds, clean and quiet. We loved the modern lighting and decorative details in each room. Pool was uncrowded and the perfect temperature. Wifi was weak in the second bedroom. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great Condo

This condo is very nicely decorated and right on the beach. Very clean but was a small blood stain on the mattress cover in the guest room when we changed the sheets. Housekeeping should have saw that when the made up the bed before we arrived. Other than that no complaints.

Week of Relaxation

This was a great location on FMB. Quiet and low traffic. Beach was lightly populated and well-attended care of. We thoroughly enjoyed the warm salt water pool. It wasn't real busy until afternoon, but even then never more than 15 in the pool at a time. The condo was very clean and well maintained. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. It had all the amenities of home and we really wanted for nothing. If we return to FMB we will definitely stay again.

Excellent Condo!

My family enjoyed our stay in this condo better than any other vacation we have been on. It's absolutely beautiful and we will definitely return in the future. I already have my sister wanting to book a visit. The ocean view is fabulous, and the owners have equipped the condo with everything you need. It's spectacular from the comfortable beds to the Tv, and the washer and dryer in the bathroom was wonderful. I recommend this condo to everyone as you will not be disappointed. The location is just a short drive to the shops and all of the restaurants are all convenient. The owners did a great job from decor to making sure your comfortable and need everything that you will need during your vacation. The pool and jacuzzi is so clean and perfect. We were very impressed with the entire stay.. THANK YOU!

One of our favorite places

Island Winds condo complex is at a great location on Ft. Myers Beach. It’s at the quiet end of the island but still close to many restaurants by the bridge. The complex is well-kept with great security. A walk past the pool leads to the sprawling beach. We love it there.
