Located at the popular Icicle Village Resort, you'll have access to shared amenities like two pools and hot tubs, miniature golf, a basketball court, game room and more. This condo can also be rented along with the adjoining condo, Aspen Suites 505 & 506.

Relax with a massage at the Alpine Spa or dine at JJ Hills Fresh Grill, both located right here at the resort. Walk only six blocks to the Bavarian-themed town of Leavenworth. There you can enjoy authentic German food, local shops and fun events like Oktoberfest and the Christmas Lighting Festival. For an exciting adventure on the nearby Wenatchee River, you can find white water rafting or river tubing guides within walking distance from the condo. Very small but very comfortable! Perfect for a couple. Nice size bathroom. Only place to sit in the room is the bed- but it worked. Nice little patio outside with a patio table and chairs for a sunny day Couple of little things- had to brew coffee in the bathroom because the outlet is too far away from where the coffee maker is. Bring your own coffee grounds. We would stay there again.

The plusses: the bed was comfortable and the jetted tub was great. The minuses: it was impossible to maintain a comfortable room temperature - with the heater on it was too hot, and with it off it was too cold. The bathroom was freezing cold no matter what. Other minor annoyances included no desk/table where we could eat or do some work. The DVD player was missing the HDMI cable to connect it to the TV. There were no utensils/plates, which the listing implied there would be.

10th wedding anniversary.

The property was perfect for the two of us with snow falling outside it was nice to come back to an electric fireplace that warmed us up after our walks downtown and around Blackbird Island. A great trip!

Nice room. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed the sitting area outside. There is a coffeemaker in the room but NO coffee. There is a refrigerator in the room but no access to ice in the property. We were told to go to the gas station. Checking in and out was a breeze. We would stay there again realizing what we need to do to prepare.

I like to stay at Aspen Suites when I taken my kids on individual trips to Leavenworth in the summer. We usually stay in mother condo, but this one didn’t disappoint. It was clean, neat, and the location is perfect! We walked to town the first night for dinner as it wasn’t too hot. This is a great place to stay.

It’s not new or fancy, but provided the basic accommodations we needed for our stay in Leavenworth. Pros: Walkable distance to downtown, very friendly staff, and access to pool/ hot tub, mini golf ($12/person), basketball court, patio, shady area, etc give it extra appeal. Cons: no noise insulation from upstairs or adjoining condo. Not as clean/pristine as some places we have stayed. Coffee maker takes a while to brew. All in all, we enjoyed our accommodations and would definitely stay here again.

Great for families with kids

This was just us two for our anniversary, but it would also be great for families for kids - lots of things to do. The hot buffet breakfasts gave a nice variety. We also had a nice dinner in the restaurant, JJHills.

We enjoyed our stay here. The pictures made it seem a little bigger, but it was big enough and has a nice shaded patio in the back. Comfortable bed, great AC, and the tub was nice. We couldn't get the wifi to work even after calling for assistance, so that was kind of annoying.
