I first visited Tulum 18 years ago and fell in love instantly! The stunning beach and turquoise water combined with excellent restaurants, boutiques, and music all within walking distance.

The Villa is on our Zorba Tulum property with a great location to explore the most desirable part of Tulum on foot. The property is a collection of private full service hotel style villas with a great staff to assist with every detail. The property is gated from the road and open to the coveted private beachfront and Caribbean Sea.

This Villa is perfect for those looking for extra comfort and space and the convenience of a kitchen on the beach. Ideal for families and for small groups. Kids are welcome at the property and daily housekeeping is included in the rate so everyone can be on holiday.
