Enjoy all the benefits of a tropical paradise in the comfort of a suburban home designed for family fun. Sparkling pool with waterfall features, hot tub and palm trees surround this oasis. Lush landscape, privacy, BBQ island, covered patio and relaxing zen pond are some of its features. The home is complimented by Cape Cod accents of blue, gray, and white.

Once you enter the double doors you will be amazed at what you see. Nestled away on this quiet cul de sac is a 13,000 sf backyard that resembles a five-star resort. Inside the main house are three bedrooms and two full baths. The oversized great room hosts our guests with a children’s play area, dining room and 65 inch flat screen TV. The kitchen is equipped for cooking complete meals with single oven, stove, convection oven, microwave, coffee pot, blender, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
Laundry room has high efficiency front load washer and dryer with utility sink.

Outdoor BBQ island with tables and umbrellas and counter for food serving. Fire pit is portable with wood and starter kit provided.
Hot tub is available for your use in two hour increments each day and is operated remotely. Pool is heated by solar panels to a maximum 80 degrees for an additional fee.

Great house

We stayed here for the weekend and enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and the back yard is like a resort. The owners were great at taking care of any of our needs. Great weekend!!!

We have lived in the Temecula Valley for 30 years and raised our three sons here. I am a hairstylist, my husband is in IT, our oldest runs a moving company and is expecting our first grandchild, our middle is in the Army, our youngest lives at home and is an EMT/entrepreneur.

Why they chose this property

We moved to this home completely landscaped and ready to enjoy. The backyard was designed by the previous homeowner who was a landscape architect. The pool is oversized, but only 5 feet deep. It has a huge swim step for little ones. The spa is small and designed to be enjoyed by 4-5 persons. The home has been redesigned with more windows facing out, bringing in natural light with views of the gorgeous yard. There is one expansive great room where the whole family can participate in several different activities. Watch TV, listen to music, play a board game, color and draw, or just visit.

What makes this property unique

When you drive up the street to the home it will not be impressive. It is a diamond in the rough. Once you enter the double doors with keyless entry, you embark upon your tropical paradise, before ever entering the home. After you catch your breath, you enter through one of four entry points to find your room and relax on the couch. Other travelers have said that the pictures do not do it justice!
