Outdoors you can walk, snowshoe or cross-country ski right onto o the golf course or Georgian Trail. 5-10 min drive to Blue Mtn or to town.

Spacious open main floor plan with hardwood floors, renovated kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz island/counters, gas fireplace, and plenty of seating for dining and relaxing. Walkout to two-tiered deck with BBQ. Master has king bed, 6 piece washroom, walk in closet. Other main floor bedroom also has a king bed and semi 4 pc ensuite.
