Es ist wirklich traumhaft schön, Das Meer nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, der Pool und die Aussicht von der Terasse. Alles sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommernd.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wunderschönes Haus, mit allem was man braucht. Der Blick von der Terrasse aus ist einzigartig. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Im 5 Kilometer entfernten Slano, gibt es kleine Supermärkte und einige nette Restaurants. Was ich jedem empfehlen kann, ist eine der Bootstouren um die wunderschönen Buchten und Inseln zu erkunden mitzumachen. Wer einen Bootsführerschein besitzt, kann sich auch ein Boot leihen. Das Haus verfügt über einen eigenen Anlegeplatz im Meer.

Alles sehr gut und entspricht der Beschreibung. Super neuer Pool, eigener Zugang zum Strand. Sehr klares sauberes Wasser. Schöne Terrasse und überdachter Grillplatz. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Leider gibt es nur 1 Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, in den Schlafzimmern keine. Wenn es zu warm ist, kann man aber die Schlafzimmertüren offen lassen, dann kommt es kalt aus dem Wohnzimmer. Vermieter Tereza und Ivica sind sehr gut und haben sich bestens um alles gekümmert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Heaven!

Just returned from a blissful week at Villa Planika! The owners are superb hosts and cant do enough for you, the house wildly exceeded our expectations and we'd love to return. The situation is perfect- a few steps from the house takes you to the summer kitchen and veranda area, a few steps down to the terraces (with fresh tomatoes and vegetablels to pick), then on to the pool, then on a bit more to the hammock terrace and then down to the final terrace by the sea. We loved jumping in for a morning swim and there is even a buoy 10m out which we moored our rented boat at. Dont hesitate to book, you wont be dissapointed...

House by the sea

Thank you to Tereza and Ivica for their attention during our stay. The house suits a family of 2 adults and 3 children. Our little one slept on the sofa in the living room, while our 2 teens were sharing a bedroom. The kitchen is well-furnished, we cooked pancakes, pita. There are 2 kitchens, one inside the house and one on the terrace. Pretty handy if you are having lunch/dinner on the terrace, what we did everyday. The seaside is private and it's very easy to go in the sea and do scuba-diving. You definitively need a car, specialy to buy food, 10 minutes driving distance from the house.

Schönes Haus am Meer

Schönes Haus, in einer Reihe von mehreren Häusern stehend. Es ist alles da was man erwartet. Ein Pool soll noch entstehen, darum gibt es eine Baustelle auf dem Grundstück. Man kann wunderschön am Meer das Frühstück oder Abendessen genießen.Oberhalb von den Häusern verläuft die Küstenstraße. Man kann vom Haus weg keinen Spaziergang unternehmen. Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Eine Ferienunterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt

Tereza und Ivica waren die perfekten Gastgeber. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden Stadtpläne von Slano und Dubrovnik vorbereitet und ausführlichst erklärt. Das Haus liegt einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Sämtliche Fotos entsprechen den Tatsachen. Obwohl die einzige Straße Richtung Dubrovnik oberhalb des Hauses verläuft, hält sich der Verkehrslärm in Grenzen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man nach Slano (sehr kleiner Supermarkt) oder nach Zaton (PemoMarkt etwas größer) .Die nächsten großen Supermärkte gibt es außerhalb Dubrovniks (Konzum, Lidl). Für eine Stadtbesichtigung von Dubrovnik sollte man vorher die Ankunft der Kreuzfahrtschiffe googeln, da sonst das Gedränge unerträglich ist. Sämtliches Zubehör wie Geschirr, Geschirrtücher, Tabs für die Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschpulver, Gelsenstecker, Müllsäche,.... waren zur Genüge vorhanden und sogar an ein Fernglas wurde gedacht. Für uns ein rundum perfekter Urlaub mit unglaublich netten Gastgebern.

Privacy, peace and comfort

Villa Planika is a great place to spend holidays if you seek peace and privacy. It's comfortably furnished with fully equipped kitchen and outside BBQ area with big, shaded table where you can enjoy your meal. Yoy have also big, shaddet terrace next to villa and second one shaded by trees at a half way to sea - perfect place to rest after sunbathing or swimming. Just next to the your own peace of Adriatic you have another terrace where you can enjoy sun and seat just by the sea. Tereza and Ivica are super-hosts, nice, warm and helpful. We have spent very nice holidays there, hopefully will return some day :). Marcin, Agnieszka and Zosia

Well appointed house in excellent location with great views over the sea

A lovely house, very well furnished and supplied and in an excellent location for sightseeing. The terraces offer loads of shade as well as plenty of room for sunbathing. Swimming in the lovely, clear sea is refreshing and snorkelling and kayaking are also possible. There are splendid views and we particularly enjoyed seeing dolphins in the strait. The owners are very friendly and helpful and can advise on local sights, trips etc. Overall, a very nice place to spend a holiday.
