Equipped with smart TVs in every room, whole building water filtration system and free high speed internet, this suite boasts 2 queen size bedrooms, One bathroom with a tub/shower and a full kitchen, stocked with supplies, this suite also has a private full sized washer and dryer in the unit. A large balcony grants direct views or the Gulf of Mexico and overlooks the beach and outdoor area.

Ample parking on site, including an assigned parking space. Located across the street from the best restaurant in town, Salt Rock Grill. There is also a Sunday market during season, directly across the street at Town Hall. Town Hall also offers free tennis courts, a children s park on the water and a library, all literally across the street!

The pool and hot tub are open, hot tub is on a set timer to ensure it cycles properly and water doesn't evaporate. We ask that equipment is not touched during your stay. It turns on at 6pm until 10pm, no children under 12 allowed in hot tub, no exeptions. Glass not allowed in pool area.

And just on a personal note, I pride myself on offering a rental that cleans WAY above and beyond our competition. I learned bedspreads are only mandated to be laundered twice a year. Did you just fall out of your chair? Grossest thing Ive ever heard. We wash ours each time. EACH TIME. Yes. You re welcome. So snuggle up with confidence, my friends.

Pictures were not as advertised. Very misleading. Needs small fixes EVERYWHERE. door handle coming in was almost falling off, toilet paper holder falling off, patchy uneven paint thought the whole place. Balcony needs repairs. Sheets were very rough and piling. Pool and hot tub do not come on at the times advertised (6pm-10pm) therefore the hot tub is never hot. Pool lights were maybe on 3/7 days. ANTS EVERYWHERE. Broken bar stools. ALL PICTURES ADVERTISED WERE PRE-HURRICANE PICTURES. NOT AS ADVERTISED.

You can’t beat the beach location and view! Pool was nice. Interior and porch do not match the pics in the listing. Things aren’t as nice. We also had a couple roach friends, and owners/managers seemed to always be on the property at the same time. No garage doors as posted either, but understandable due to last years hurricane. The listing could definitely be updated to show more of a realistic idea of where you are staying, but overall, you are just there for the beach, right?!

We were very disappointed with our stay at this property. One of the main reasons we booked here was for the beach view, which turned out to be completely blocked by construction — something that was never mentioned in the listing. Had we known this ahead of time, we would have booked elsewhere.When I reached out, we were offered the option to cancel for a refund, but this was offered the day of our arrival. A same-day cancellation refund would not have been processed in time for us to find another place to stay, leaving us with no realistic option but to stay.On top of that, the sliding glass door to the porch was broken, which meant we couldn’t even enjoy what little view we had. I reported this issue and was told a maintenance person would come to fix it, but no one showed up until the day before we left — around 4 PM — so we were only able to use the porch for a very short time during our stay.Communication was subpar overall, and the experience did not match the listing or our expectations. We were eventually refunded 185, which we appreciate, but it was not the equivalent of a full night’s stay. Something was better than nothing, but we still felt the situation was not handled as well as it could have been.Unfortunately, this stay was a disappointment, and I would not book this property again.

Lovely Time

We had a lovely time. Plenty of space and amenities in a great location and grateful for their hard work to recover from the storms. Our unit had a fantastic patio with awesome view of the gulf. It’s very quaint and intimate being only 3 units. While all the patios face the pool with great views, there are no time restrictions on pool use so it was disappointing to have kids playing after 10pm who didn’t quiet after requests made. We were excited and discussing booking again, but sadly after the noise issue was ignored we likely won’t be back and will be mindful of pool location and rules of other places.

Great for a relaxing getaway!

We were looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. And we found it. The apartment was clean and, it was fully equipped. The building and the apartment needs some TLC. The bathroom needs to be renovated. The host was super attentive and was quick to answer all of our inquiries.One of the mattresses needs to be replaced. We did not use the pool. Overall a good experience.

Great Location!

This property location was perfect. Beach access was amazing as well as the pool. I really liked the smaller size building. The condo inside was just as described! Outside area could use a little sprucing up, but overall was good! Would stay again!

Great place!

Place is easy, accessible to the pool and beach. Its only 4 units, which gives way to lots of privacy. The views from the patio are amazing and makes perfect sunsets. For a small family, its great. I would recommend this place for sure.

Great location

Location was great. Parking was interesting and did not accommodate guests. The beds were a bit high and my 88 year old mom had a hard time climbing up to get to the bed. The second bedroom mattress should be replaced - it sinks in the right, middle. The view was nice, it was quiet.

Perfect location for families

Absolutely loved the location. Can't beat pool and beach right there. Loved that we were able to rent the place with friends on the other side of the unit, but still have our own space. I will definitely consider staying here again and renting the building for family and friends. Only negatives (small complaints): definitely needs some maintenance fixes, pool had some issues (low water, circulation, cloudy) and I never received any communication from host. I messaged to check in 30 minutes early and didn't get a response or any other response pre, during or post stay.

Sun and fun!

We enjoyed easy check in for this unit and minutes later we were on the beach!! Literally steps to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, we couldn’t have found a better place!! The weather was perfect for the entire length of our stay. Owners of the building were also readily available for any questions as well as suggestions for nearby dining. Loved it, and we hope to return!! Thank you!!

Peaceful Vacation

My old college roommate from NC came and stayed with me for the week. It was nice and peaceful at this location, unlike other places I had stayed in the past which were always noisy with stomping kids overhead, screamers, etc. This smaller building, everyone got to know each other, friendly, really nice. The garage was a nice feature with our own space and garage door opener. Location is perfect. Walked everywhere. Cafes, bars, nice restaurants to choose from. Excellent vacation!

Girl’s Trip

First of all, I can’t say enough about the view!!! It was amazing. The pool area was incredible and they had new pool furniture that was resort style. The spa was a huge added plus. We were across the road from a police station. So we felt really safe. My only complaint was we had no access from our deck to the pool area. However, the unit next to us did. So now I know! It’s a five star overall and makes for a perfect beach get away.

Amazing view

Some definite pluses and minuses. The view is great and we loved hanging out on the spacious balcony. The easy access to the beach and pool were great for our young kids. As others have said, this older building has some definite wear and tear. The padded dining chairs need a deep clean, the beds are overly soft/lumpy, and the pool area could use routine tidying up/dusting sand from the pool chairs. I knew some of these issues from others' reviews, so they were compromises i was willing to take. We won't be staying here next year, but would consider it again in the future.

Nice unit

We booked a trip about 2 days before going so we were lucky to find availability. The unit is overall nice and very clean. Its updated and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The only "slight" things that would make it better would be: new mattresses. They are old and need updated. They're not comfortable and bent all weird. The outside of the building looks kind of rough up close,and leading up to the unit its the same, but once your in the unit its very nice. Overall its a nice play and i would stay again.

After all was said & done we had a great time!

Upon our late arrival at 1:30 AM, we discovered the property had not been cleaned. There was evidently some miscommunication between the property owner. I cleaned and laundered bedding myself, so that my family could get to bed. After that our stay was perfect, other than I could not open the instructions of what we were supposed to do for check out until after we had already vacated property, and arrived back to our home state. Would book property again, we had a great time!

Beautiful spot!

This was our first time in the area and was so glad my family and I got this place. Beautiful view, clean and the access to the beach was perfect! Minor things need to be worked on such as the hot tub didn't work properly. My husband took lots of time trying to figure it out. The lack of supplies in the rental lacked. 1 garbage bag, 1 washcloth, 1 dishcloth, dull knife, no soap. Beds were ok...one bed had bricks under it as the frame was broken. The shower was bad, no water pressure and very hard to adjust temp. The caulking needs to be touched up. So minor things that could be fixed would make this place Top Notch!! But the view, location, deck, beach, pool all made up for it for the price.

Mostly great

Our stay was great. The unit was clean and had a personal elevator. The kitchen was lovely, but there were not enough forks or dinner glasses. There were only 3 beach towels and few bath towels. There is a gate on the balcony that restricts direct access to the pool and beach so we had to come and go through the front door. The beach was footsteps from the pool and beautiful. The bed closest to the entry, where the elevator opened, also housed the washer and dryer unit. The dryer took a very long time to dry (three or four cycles) The bed in the ack bedroom was horribly! It was like there was a hole in the middle, like sleeping in a hammock…. We enjoyed our stay even if my husband slept on the couch because of the bed. Management was very slow to respond to questions if they responded at all and were very abrasive and even accused us of taking the extra keys (everything was left where we found it) after we explained this, there was no further contact at all, no apology or anything. I doubt I would consider staying again partly because of the lack of communication.

Has potential but beware!

The Good: The condo itself was reasonably clean and nicely decorated, and the shaded deck/balcony boasted a stunning view of the ocean and the pool. The beds were comfortable and the entire unit was spacious. The Bad: The unit was under-stocked. Though there were plenty of towels, there was no bar soap, not even of the tiny hotel variety. There was no beach gear, beyond towels. No chairs or umbrellas or toys. The glasses were spotted and smudged, so I felt like I needed to wash them before use. The dishwasher had been run, but there were no dishes in it. Did the previous guests really not use any dishes at all? Or did the housekeeping staff just wipe the glasses off and stick them in the cabinet? The cushions on the deck furniture were dirty and stained. The pillows on the beds were flat. Most of this is very minor, easily overlooked had it not been for The Ugly. The Oh-So-Very-Ugly: The absolute worst part of our stay was the check-in process. We had emailed the host prior to our arrival to inform her we'd be arriving very late, around 1am, but she never responded. It turned out to be after 2 when we finally got there. We had the check-in instructions, but first of all, they kept referring to "Unit C." There was nothing anywhere that said C. The parking places and condo units were labeled with names: "The Palm Suite," "The Shell Suite." We triple checked to make sure we were in the right building, especially when we couldn't open the lock boxes. The code given didn't work on any of the 3 lock boxes. The instructions referred to "the lock box to the right of the third garage door," but we couldn't be sure which direction to start counting from. When the seemingly obvious box wouldn't work, we tried another and another, to no avail. At two in the morning, what do you do when you can't get in your condo?? We finally found a 24-hour number for VRBO and they presumably called the host, who simply texted the correct code. No apology, no phone call or followup. As it turns out, this is a chronic problem. Several of the reviews for this unit say they were given the wrong code. And while we were there, we witnessed it happen to another guest. We gave them the phone number of the host. If it had been a one-time mistake, it would be bad enough, especially at 2am. But over and over?? Really? There's no excuse! If I owned this condo, I would fire the property manager and get someone who gives a rip. (And don't even get me started about the cockroaches!)

Pool, hot tub didnt work, checkin was horrible, bed was sucken with blocks holding it up with some huge bug that bite us all week. Dishwasher didnt clean dishes. Slider was hard to open. I would not have my worst enemy stay here. Very unclean.
