Joyce's Beach Place is a three story building with only 3 charming very spacious beachfront suites on the fabulous Gulf Boulevard in Indian Shores, Florida. Gulf Boulevard runs through the center of the narrow strip of land that is flanked by the Gulf of Mexico on the west and the Intracoastal Waterway on the east. Enjoy the water views in every direction.

This is apt is on the second floor.

All guests at Joyce's will enjoy the quiet and endless beach, or the pool and deck. Whether you crave sun or shade, there are comfortable areas around the property for your leisure. A top quality barbecue grill, beach chairs, umbrellas and pool toys are all provided for your enjoyment.

Many of our guests return year after year for the comforts and beauty found here at such a reasonable price that they can bring family and friends.

All the amenities for a relaxing beach retreat. Two Beautifully appointed balconies to admire the warm sunrises and sunsets. This 1200 Sq.Ft. Suite has two bedrooms (King & 2 Twins), two baths, complete with equipped kitchen and dining area for four. Relax by the pool, or dine on the balcony while you watch the boats and dolphin go by. Catch the trolley right out front and go explore the area. What are you waiting for? You deserve this!

Great location, beautiful beach right out in front of you, great fishing on beach, fun shelling, clean accommodations, nice deck to view the beautiful sunsets, comfortable master bedroom bed, nice walk in closet space, plenty of room and easy access to beach down spiral staircase! We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was roomy and clean. We loved both the gulf view as well as the inter coastal view. Many restaurants were within walking distance. I would stay here again as well as recommend to my family members.

We loved this property!

We really enjoyed this condo and the easy beach access. Everything was great! They had beach toys to play with and made things easy for us to enjoy or stay. The beach was wonderful and was not crowded (unlike Clearwater). We hope to stay here again.

Great location for the condo with direct access to the beach. Quiet setting. A lot of very convenient extras available such as beach chairs and an umbrella--which adds to the enjoyment of relaxing on the beach

Good place

Overall good place, great location and great view. It does need some upgrades and the kitchen wasn’t the best stocked but we were able to stop by the local Publix and get some of the things we needed and left it there so the next guest could enjoy.
