About this property

Sunset Suite at 50 Gulfside.

Walk out of the living room onto the patio and you are on the pool deck with the Gulf and the beach right in front of you. Beautifully renovated inside and out. Unique opportunity, unique location. Ground floor corner unit. YES, OUR CONDO IS RIGHT ON THE BEACH. and the living room faces the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Just saying "on the beach" does not guarantee that you have a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. When searching for a beach condo, make sure that you looking at the Gulf and the sand, not a view of the parking lot and street. And you never need to access stairwells or elevators. It's all right there!!!! Parking space right outside the door. Barbecue right outside the door. The condo has been completely updated, and we have many return guests. Check our reviews. Check the listing often for our most up-to-date rates and special offers.

Great condo-- complete kitchen renovation. The kitchen was extended from the standard sized condo kitchen. The u-shaped wrap around granite counters make cooking a pleasure. Gorgeous maple cabinets with pullouts and pantry, and stainless steel appliances. It is supplied with many kitchen appliances, cookware and bake ware. Storage capacity and fully stocked kitchen make it as fantastic for monthly rentals as it is for weekly rentals

But if cooking is not your thing, or when you just want to relax and eat out, there are several restaurants within walking distance to make your holiday perfect. Or you can barbecue on one of the grills, located right outside on the pool patio. No stairs, no elevator--its all right there for you to enjoy.

New gliding patio doors and verticals. For those of you who have followed our progress, the renovations we planned are now complete. We've installed all new closet doors and interior doors, renovated the hall with new chair rail molding and dimmable lights. We accomplished this while our section of the building was renovated. All refurbished patios, balconies, and the building freshly painted.. But the best part is the outstanding location. You just can't get any closer to the beach. Spot manatees and dolphins and view fiery sunsets from your living room or patio. No stairs, no hallways, no elevators needed-- just you and the beach. Step right from the living room and patio onto the pool deck then onto the sand. Nothing could feel more like your own private house on the beach. This is what makes our condo so special and why guests return. The location is unique. Reserved parking space right outside the door.

Master bedroom has a partial side view of the beach with king sized bed and en suite updated bathroom. This is a corner unit, so there are windows and doors on 2 sides of the condo. Updated hall bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 new double beds. Each picture (with the exception of the building photo) was taken from or in our condo. The living room has comfy sofa that seats 3, and a separate reclining chair.

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was brand new, and in great condition. New bed linens and towels were much appreciated. The owner was very responsive, and the staff on site were friendly and helpful.There's easy access to the beach, the pool was a very pleasing temperature, and the chairs at the pool were plentiful. In addition, the owner provided two very nice beach chairs. Thank you!

We found everything as was stated. We had no issues except for the bathtub had a drain issue and I reported that as we checked out. The condo had been completely renovated. Loved the location and the actual size of the condo.

Perfect girls get away

Property was in a perfect location. Condo was clean and communication was great with property management and Bill. You will need to bring own beach towels as not provided but everything else is stocked for your enjoyment. My only complaint would be that bed linens and pillows need an upgrade. Other than that it was one of the best vacations ever!!!!

Couldn't have found a better condo for 4 seniors. Condo was well equipped for a relaxing weeks vacation. Beautiful views and nice walks on the Beach.To me Ground Floor is the best. Unfortunately they are giving the place a Facelift so we didn't have access to outer Deck and Pool.The Construction workers couldn't have been more professional and would make sure the patio to the Condo was clean.Will certainly return to this location as when the work is done it will be even better.

This year was our third get-away since 2012 and we look forward to returning next year as well. We have a beautiful view of the Gulf with the sandy beach so very close, and a gorgeous sunset to inspire and offer us relaxation in the evening. You couldn't ask for more. The unit is clean, updated and very comfortable. There is a heated pool just a few yards away which makes watching our two grandchildren (who stay with their parents upstairs) delightful and fun, especially when it is too cool to swim in the Gulf. I would recommend this as a relaxing place for a vacation anytime..

Beautiful view

We absolutely loved the view and the unit was very clean. It could use some updating, but that isn’t an issue due to the other assets of the unit. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We only wished the bedroom doors and bathroom doors would lock. Having a 7 year old that doesn’t pay attention sometimes that it is occupied, was a little inconvenient. We had a wonderful time!!!! Amazing view!!!!

We stayed in this condo for a month and really enjoyed it. Furniture and beds very comfortable and kitchen very well-stocked. The condo is nicely updated and the appliances very new.Loved being able to watch the waves and the sun sets right from the living room or the lovely patio. Very convenient being on the first floor to walk out to the pool or the ocean. The owner Ann very helpful and easy to work with. The only negative was not having a washer dryer in the condo when you stay for a month. There is a washer dryer right down the hall but tends to get expensive. Also a little disappointed as one bedroom did not have Windows. All in all we really enjoyed staying here.

Family vacation at this rental

My family and I stayed at this condo. The location was perfect. Great view and easy access to the pool for children. Kitchen was amazing. When we first arrived I believed the bedding wasn't clean so we contacted the owner and she did inform me it was but had the bedding changed immediately. The only complaint I have was that the bedrooms and bathrooms need a remodel. It wasn't terrible but out dated. Some of the bath room vents were very dusty and dirty as well as some walls and trim. Overall it was great and we would def come back again to this same condo.

Indian Rocks Beach - 50 Gulf Side

Overall the condo was fine. The property could have been cleaner when we arrived. I am pretty sure all they did was change the linen, take out the trash, and mop the floors. I was also confused when I got there to get my keys cause the sign on the office said that they were showing a condo and would be back it was around 4ish the hours posted said the office closed at 5. I sat and waited for a bit until a lady passed by and said she left - she was able to help me get my key from the lock box. I did have directions but she was nice enough to help. Had no other issues with the condo itself. It was large enough - the kitchen was well stocked - lots of beach toys and chairs to use. The pool was nice and the patio area was also nice too. We enjoyed our stay at Indian Rocks Beach and will be back! Thanks!

Very good value, super clean, excellent communication and check-in. Living room furniture is a little shabby, but beds were really comfortable and location RIGHT ON THE BEACH is a must-see. Lovely caretaking and cleanliness, laundry was great to have. Can’t beat the beach location - Indian Rocks Beach is quiet but only 10 minutes from bustling Clearwater.

This condo has a great location with the ocean right out side the patio door. Coming from a cold state with no ocean, we loved it. This was a great location with lots of restaurants near by! The only draw back was the furnishings but we didn't come for the furnishings.

The whole family loves 50 Gulfside. We've been taking our family to Florida and the beach since they were children and now our five grandchildren love it here too. It's a great place to wind down, relax, watch sunsets, catch glimpses of dolphins, make new friends and lounge in the heated pool

Why they chose this property

We've spent many years vacationing in the Clearwater-St. Pete Beach area. We fell in love with this condo the minute we saw it. This is our home right on the beach, and we are so happy to share it. The views are incredible. It is so wonderful to see dolphins and beautiful sunsets right from the living room. We are directly on the beach, ground floor, facing the Gulf of Mexico

What makes this property unique

This condo offers all the benefits of beach front living. Just walk outside the patio door and you are on the pool deck or step out onto the beach. There are no stairways, halls or other units separating you from the beach. If you don't want to take a chance and then be disappointed with the view, you must come to this unit You can't get any closer to the beach than this
