No other buildings/parking across Gulf Blvd also means little to no foot traffic on the beach side, creating a very private feel. Nestled between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach the community of Indian Rocks Beach is unique, with a lot of old school charm and small-town atmosphere but none of the big box stores, fast food chains or typical Spring Break crowds. In short, it is a vacation paradise!
The townhouse itself is comfortable and fully equipped, with an open plan kitchen featuring Bosch stainless appliances (including ice/water dispenser), as well as exotic granite kitchen countertops that extend into the dining room to include a wet bar and breakfast bar seating.
The spacious living room opens to a balcony with unobstructed pool and beach views, and offers comforts like a 60 inch TV, DVD player, stereo and electric fireplace (heating can be turned off to enjoy the flames on even the warmest summer nights). The softly lit pool at night casts an enchanting blue glow that makes evenings on the patio oh-so inviting...
An updated, full guest bath is located right next to the front door for quick, post-beach cleanup. However, exotic granite counters and a large shower make it much more than just a pit stop...
Just upstairs are the master bedroom has a spacious king bed, walk-in closet, and enjoys the same gorgeous, unobstructed beach/Gulf views as the living room. The guest bedroom has one queen and one full bed, and direct views of the intracoastal waterway where small cruiser boats and dolphins regularly pass by. The guest bedroom also has private access to outdoors and the stairwell to the beach and pool. Both bedrooms have 40 inch flat screen TV's and DVD players.
The master bath upstairs is completely remodeled as well, with custom granite, double sinks and a 10-jet Jacuzzi tub with built-in water heater for limitless spa time! 2 large linen closets house extra plush bath and beach towels and provide plenty of storage. While both bedrooms access the master bath ("Jack & Jill" style), it can also be locked for exclusive use as a master if desired.
This townhouse is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a small, four story boutique resort with less than 30 rental units that is directly on the beach. Amenities include private parking, a large, heated pool with no access from the street, two large gas BBQ grills, private manicured grounds, and two outdoor showers. Most notably, there is a lovely onsite management and maintenance team for any emergency or non-emergency issues that come up, a rarity at vacation condo buildings along the Gulf.
