House in Sines, large, comfortable, in a very quiet area, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Great for a holiday, enjoy nature and rest.
The house is prepared to receive four people.
It has two furnished bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two guest beds. Bed linen is included.

Desde o primeiro ao último momento tudo foi perfeito. A anfitriã (Cátia) mora no piso debaixo, mas mantém a distância equilibrada com uma proximidade, sempre que algo é necessário. Passei 5 noites fantásticas num misto de família e amigos, sendo que a localização é imbatível. Seja no FMM, seja em qualquer outra altura do ano, vale a pena ficarem nesta casa. Muito acolhedora, vão sentir-se em casa, fora da vossa casa, certamente. Obrigado, Cátia!

Correu tudo muito bem. A anfitriã foi sempre muito simpática e preocupada se tudo corria bem com a nossa estadia. A casa é muito simpática e não está mal localizada. Para nós o importante era a praia e tínhamos pertinho a praia Vasco da Gama que é ideal para crianças pequenas. Adorámos!

Merveilleux séjour

La maison est sublime et très spacieuse. L'emplacement est parfait, elle est située à proximité de toutes commodités que se soit la plage, le centre ville et même pour faire les courses.. Tout est possible à pied. Catia est très sympathique et à l'écoute.. Elle s'est préoccupée de notre confort. Je recommande cette location les yeux fermés.

Casa muito limpinha e identica à descriçaõ do anuncio. Adoramos. Nous avons beaucoup aimé, tout était conforme à l'annonce et les photos du site. Le quartier est très calme et les voisins très sympathiques. C'est très bien desservi par tous les commerces, et les plages sont nombreuses et juste à côté.

Licht aber auch viel Schatten

Das Haus ist Sauber, verfügt über genügend Raum. Etwas spärlich ausgestattet- z.Bsp. keine Möbel zum draußen sitzen vorhanden. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist sehr nett und Sie ist auch sehr bemüht. Wie die früheren Bewertungen die Lage als ruhig beschreiben ist uns allerdings ein Rätsel. In der direkten Nachbarschaft und im Umfeld hat es unwahrscheinlich viele Hunde. Die dürfen in dieser Wohngegend zu jeder Zeit ihr Konzert veranstalten und werden nicht zur Ruhe gerufen. Da kann man noch einigermaßen damit leben. Was absolut nicht geht sind die direkten Nachbarn- haben auch 2 Hunde, die leben im Hof im eigenen Kot und bellen alles an was am Haus vorbeikommt!! Das schlimmste ist allerdings die absolute Rücksichtslosigkeit dieser Menschen. Türen werden zu jeder Tages,- und Nachtzeit nicht geschlossen- die werden zugeworfen!!!!Wir haben nach 8 Tagen von gebuchten 10 Tagen unsere Zelte abgebrochen, da wir Nachts ständig geweckt wurden. Wer ein großes Haus mit ausreichend Platz möchte und keine Ruhe braucht ist Richtig. Wer wie wir allerdings im Urlaub seine Ruhe sucht ist dort falsch aufgehoben. Wissen sollte man auch noch, dass es in dem Ort ab und zu stark nach Gas riecht- dank angrenzender Raffinerie.

Location tres Bien entretenue ! Avec tout le confort nécessaire ! Propriétaires très sympathique et tres accueillant et toujours disponible ! Le logement est propre / grand et tres Bien situé !!! Seul point négatif qui n'est pas gênant en soi il manque juste une machine à laver Sinon parfait et je reviendrais !!

Great house that provides everything you need

Overall it was a great stay. The house was not super duper clean when we arrived and there was a bit of a confusion with handling the keys and payments, but we were overall very happy with the stay and would consider it again. We missed a few items in the house, but Catia was very friendly and promptly delivered them to the house. Thanks a lot!
