This second story condo has been renovated and completed late December 2018. The property is located on the west side of Gulf Shore Blvd and located by the Naples Pier and Beach.

This second story condo (has a common elevator) which has been gutted and is new from the studs. This unit offers all brand new flooring through out, new bathrooms, new kitchen, new custom cabinets and all new furnishings and a beached themed decor to enjoy.

The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, and the secondary room offers 2 extra long twin beds that can be converted to a king sized bed as well.
The living room offers a quality queen sofa sleeper to provide more space for a comfortable night's rest.

This is the owner's second unit in the building that she owns, there is another unit on the first floor that has been quite successful with guests.

Lovely apartment-perfect location

This unit is adorable and our communication with the owner made the entire process and stay seamless. It had everything we needed for a week at the beach without having to bring our own stuff. The location was close to the beach, shopping, and dining. Our family highly recommends it!

Great location! Enjoyed the beach, farmers market and restaurants all within walking distance. Mary was a perfect host, she was upfront and kept me updated on some potential construction work that might have disrupted our stay. I would definitely return!
