Comfortable and well-equipped apartment of 87 m ² with spacious terrace and garden.
Ideally located at the heart of the Golf of Doña Julia to Casares, this apartment is 15min on foot of the beach and is close to all amenities. 3 minutes (by car) from the Village of Sabinillas where you will find shops and restaurants, 5 minutes from the marina « La Duquesa », 10 minutes from the beautiful city of Estepona and 30 min from Marbella.
2 bedrooms (first one with 1 double bed, the other one with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (bath and shower), livingroom (with comfortable sofa-bed) and dining room. The kitchen is completely and perfectly equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwaves, toaster, kettle, juicer and coffee machine. Laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
French, Spanish, English, etc. TV channels. WiFi connection in the apartment and the air conditioning (hot / cold)
The terrace of 26m ² and the garden of 30m ² offer a beautiful view on the mountain and a little view on the sea. You will find deckchairs for siesta time.
