We loved the large upstairs kitchen/living room, plus the big couch area downstairs. There was plenty of space for 8 people to spread out for the weekend, including lots of bathrooms! Perfect weekend stay

Fantastic Location but needs Fans
The location was great. Within walking distance to the lift areas. We stayed in the summer and believe it or not it does get hot in Colorado in the summertime. There was only one portable fan for three bedrooms. It got really warm at night even with windows open and ceiling fans going.

Our stay was wonderful! Place was beautiful and clean! Only things I would complain about were when we first purchased it, it stated that there were room for 10, but when we got there there were only 2 bunk beds, and now the listing states only room for 9. We also could not get the shades in the main bedroom to open, even after asking multiple times how to. Other than those two things it was a great stay, and would definitely stay again!
Great location, much larger in person than in pictures.
Great location directly across from main parking lot. Green bus stop directly in front of complex. Gondola is walkable in ski boots but hopping the bus is much easier. Family room is much larger in person, we hosted a family dinner for 12 people and there was plenty of room. Unit was clean and well equipped. Small issue with trash can in garage being full/overflowing upon check-in, but we got the code to the dumpster a block away and emptied the trash ourselves.

Great stay with a few minor notes
We had a wonderful time at Ogren Overlook! The house is beautiful, spacious, and filled with natural light. With five adults in our group, the space was more than comfortable — and the large living area was perfect for hosting a few friends during our stay.
A few things to note for future guests: some of the kitchen appliances could use an update, particularly the toaster and microwave. While the home was well-stocked with pots and pans, it was short on cutlery, so we’d recommend bringing some plasticware just in case.
Also, the master bedroom has a large window above the sliding door without any window covering — so expect an early wake-up call with the sunrise. It would be a great improvement to have that covered in the future.
Overall, a great stay in a beautiful home. We’d definitely come back!
Great spot! Easy walk to resort village and gondola. Property is larger than what photos seem. Reeeallly soft master bed.
My only complaint is with the VRBO/VACASA communication. I asked ahead of time if the property had humidifiers, was told they didn’t, so I brought my own. Turns out every room had one in the closet. Also, the interface said checkout time was 10:00 am, but the instructions said checkout was 14:00.
The property is amazing. Really loved the heated garage. One side is big enough to fit a Ford Expedition, and the other side is set up with benches and racks for gear.
Really loved this place.

Hi, Richard, thank you for providing us with this valuable feedback, we are so glad that you had a wonderful time at our beautiful home. We apologize for any issues you experienced in communicating with a member of our team, as well as any personal touch you found lacking. We are sorry for any misunderstandings you experienced regarding the supplies provided in our home as well as check-out times that detracted from your experience with us. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future.
This townhome was very nice. Most beds were at entry level with the master and living areas up one flight of stairs. We had everything we needed - shampoo, toilet paper, detergent, etc… with no need to buy extras to bring in.
While in Keystone, we biked, hiked, kayaked and visited nearby Dillon, Silverthorne, and Breckenridge. We also enjoyed horseback riding and ATVs in Fair Play.
Thanks for a great stay!

Plenty of Space
There was plenty of space to accommodate 5 grown adults. We used the rental as a base for hiking fourteeners in the area. The hot tub was in big demand. Four bathrooms and three showers was a big plus.

Amazing Place Definitely a Must!
The main area is a lot more spacious than what the pictures show. The views are amazing and it is so close to the lift area. Well kept and clean. Check-in and out was simple and easy.

Beautiful mountain home
Wonderful location at river run. Well equipped and spacious home
Seeing Keystone, Dillon, and Silverthorne in the summer is great! I can only imagine this place would be an excellent stay for skiers in the winter. Hopefully I'll be one of those people this year!
Great location, tons of space, plenty of bathrooms and beds, huge kitchen with an open island, and all right next to Keystone Resort. Really can't beat this place.
The fees for the stay really add up quickly, so it is best to book for long trips to achieve the best prices per night.

Lovely place
What an excellent stay, thoroughly loved this place and would like to recommend to all my friends and family , very well maintained and no single complaint, willplan to book again if I go to Colorado
This home was an amazing stay for our family’s first time trip to Keystone CO, to see SNOW! The amenities was well equipped, the house was super clean beyond expectation. We was literally a 2-5 min walk to 6 eatery’s located within River Run. It snowed all 3 days we stayed during the Valentines Day/ Presidents Day weekend 2021. We will definitely be back again.
The property was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The king and queen beds were super comfy! The bunk beds were... bunk beds. Plenty of bath space and towels. The kitchen was fabulous and had lots of basics spices if your cooking. Plenty of dishes and appliances and large fridge. View is very nice. We use the hot tub and it was on main road as some mentioned but not much traffic and we only saw a handful of people so was no worries to a group of friends just hanging out. Location is pretty great. 11-15 minutes to Dillon,20- 25 to Frisco, 30ish to Breck and 40 to Vail. We went north to Kremmling in less than an hour. Would without a doubt come back.
Spacious condo with great location. Heated garage with benches and gear dryers was fantastic for getting ready to go out on the mountain and coming back in. Hot tub on the patio was perfect. Couple of block walk to River Run Village and gondola base. Well appointed kitchen with crock pot and everything else you may need. Humidifiers in all the bedrooms were a nice touch. Plenty of towels. Fabulous gas grill made perfect steaks and brats. Full size washer and dryer as well as many games spread around the condo for family fun.

Perfect location for a family ski vacation
Great sized house for a family vacation, lots of space and comfy beds.
Close to the ski lifts, Keystone bus stop and restaurants.
Be aware that the hot tub at the rear of the house backs onto the main road with no privacy at all to anyone walking/driving past! This is why we’ve given 4 not 5 stars.
