VISTA DULCE has been recently updated with new state of the art A/V and high speed fiber optic Internet equipment and complete streaming services with dozens of US stations for watching sports (NFL of your favorite team) and other US network channels. Fabulous Place to Stay on Beautiful Cozumel

Spacious and nice place right on the water with daily housekeeping service. This place is a great find! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again. The grocery service was also helpful so we had some basics when we got there.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It was fabulous to have the pool and beach access. We traveled with small children and used Sandra’s Kitchen service for meals and it was the best food we’ve ever had. Ledge was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay!

This is my 2nd time at this property and it is as wonderful now as it was last time. Everything you need, comfortable beds, great snorkeling out front, and wonderful property manager and housekeeper. This place is a gem. It has every amenity you could want and all are kept in perfect condition thanks to good management and housekeeping staff. It’s right on a rocky beach (bring water shoes) far enough from town that you don’t have to contend with the parking problem but close enough that you can easily get to restaurants and stores. The view from the deck is spectacular and we spent many evenings enjoying happy hour there, watching the sunset. The condo is not close to the port where the cruise ships dock, but you can watch them (and an occasional pirate ship) come and go from the deck and that’s fun. We opted to use the chef services of Sandra’s Kitchen for three dinners and couldn’t have been happier. The meals Annie and Jackie cooked for us were amazing! You should know up front there are lots of tourists on Cozumel because multiple cruise ships dock there every day. Cruisers debark and stroll the main streets or go to one of the many beach clubs on the island. There is a beach club next door to this condo and they play loud music pretty much all day. It was somewhat annoying at first, but eventually we tuned it out. The third BR is on the front of the building and has motorcycle noise. If you want to escape most of the tourist hype, go to the beaches on the east side of the island. They are really beautiful.

Huge beautiful condo oceanfront clean beach

Open floorplan huge condo 2 ocean view bedrooms with 30ft balcony access plus a third bedroom. All three bedrooms had private bathroom w shower. NO SEAWEED! Great snorkleing! Kitchen had all the extras. Entrance with laundry and 4th bathroom (1/2 bath). Owner provided express vpn was great for accessing our streaming apps. Clean place, clean water. Downtown 5 min taxi. Will be coming back!!!

Condo is exactly what you see in the listing. Rudi the housekeeper was phenomenal. Sayuri who looks after any issue you may have was quick to fix any issue. Entertainment was wonderful to have access to every channel you could think of. The pool which is heated is a huge plus.

We had a great time at Vista Dulce! The condo was perfect, lots of space, very clean, I didn’t think we needed the housekeeper Ruby to come every day but it was a nice treat to have everything so freshly cleaned each day! The balcony each morning watching the waves was perfect and we snorkeled every day right from our beach! It was a great location with lots of excursion options! We highly recommend this spot!

An amazing vacation

The condo unit was wonderful Very roomy and spacious and clean. Right on the beach. Very nice pool. Maid service very efficient and well done Had everything we needed Beach chairs and snorkeling equipment Plenty of beach towels Games and books and TV Ledge was very responsive to any issues and responded very quickly. We got tired of staying in places that were poorly furnished and uncomfortable. We wanted a place that felt like home, so we furnished Vista Dulce for ourselves. We also wanted access to all the latest technologies, so we could live there if we decided to. It was only afterwards that we thought about renting out our home. We take maintaining Vista Dulce in top condition very seriously, so you will feel right at home.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a place that was on a white sand Caribbean beach, within 4 hours of Denver and a place that never got cold in the winter. After searching Florida, Puerto Rico, BVI's and the mainland of Mexico, we kept coming back to Cozumel. When we first walked in and saw only blue sky and turquoise waters, it took our breath away; hence the name, Vista Dulce (Sweet View).

What makes this property unique

Vista Dulce is quiet and takes up an entire floor, so we have no one on either side making noise. You walk right out onto the terrace that overhangs the beach and the Caribbean. It is private but only a few minutes to town. Las Brisas is the best location on the island with only 14 units; only 4 for rent. It's like having the whole place to yourselves.
