With easy access to Cozumel town, excellent offshore snorkeling and fabulous sunsets over the ocean, this condo makes the perfect retreat for your holiday.
Unlike many high rise complexes, this building with just 12 units, has a wonderful intimate atmosphere where you can relax in peace and quiet by the ocean front swimming pool.
Outdoor amenities include 60 foot long infinity pool at the ocean edge, Jacuzzi tub, sundeck, poolside BBQ area and tropical gardens. The kids (both big and small) will love the ocean side diving platform. For those less adventurous there is easy ladder access to the ocean.
Maid service is provided every other day; Spa service and cook service is available on request.
There are no stairs from Condo 101 to the pool, you can just open the sliding glass doors to the garden and swimming pool area! This condo is perfect for a family with children.
Living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom all feature ocean views.Living area has sliding glass doors to the oceanfront patio and pool area. For your entertainment, Condo 101 offers wide screen TV.

Dining area seats 6 plus there is seating for 5 at the kitchen lunch counter. In the kitchen there is an electric cook top, full size fridge and all the pots, pans and dishes that you need if you plan to do some of your own cooking.

Ocean Front Master Bedroom: has a king size bed, private bath and ocean views. There’s even a comfy recliner!

Second Bedroom Jungle Side: has two double beds and a private bathroom.

Oceanfront terrace: Enjoy an oceanfront breakfast with your family with the breathtaking views of the Caribbean’s stunning turquoise waters. The swimming pool area is never crowded at our Condos.

“Good location”

If do you like a luxury apatment this is ok for you!!! It's near the downtown with ocean view. The apartment is on the first floor a few steps from the pool and oceaan!!. I really enjoyed being in this relaxed and beautiful place .

Excellent communication with Matias. Unit was clean, other than a small, harmless ant problem on countertops. Grounds and pool were kept immaculate. Great place to stay.

Perfect Condo, Great Pool

We had a Great time at this condo. Management and staff were very good. Slow season so we pretty much had the pool to ourselves which we could just walk out of our sliders and we were at the pool. Off season pricing was a little high, but other then that, GREAT STAY

Peaceful spot near good snorkeling

My husband and I recently stayed in this condo unit for a week. We liked the size of the condo building with only 15 units. We enjoyed the location away from the areas of the island with large condos and resorts and cruise ship people, although we did enjoy having the flexibility and ease of movement of renting a car. A big plus was that we found some of our best snorkeling right off the wall down from the lovely pool. The property managers were very kind, helpful and responsive. Matias even found us snorkel fins to use for the week. The onsite property staff were amazing, almost always available and very helpful! We greatly appreciated the fact that drinking water was supplied! We enjoyed the easy access to and from the pool, but we might try a unit on an upper floor another time. The condo itself was adequate but a little dark because of being on the first floor. We had everything we needed, but the place was a little plain on the inside. Overall, we would recommend this condo and would definitely recommend Miramar.

The Perfect Location and View

We stayed at the Condos for a long weekend in October. The ground floor unit had the best access on the property for our days spent by the pool; easy to zip to the washroom or back to the beer fridge. It is still off season so we had the pool almost entirely to ourselves. There is excellent access to the ocean out front and decent snorkelling. The currents can be quite strong so we would swim as far as we could into the current and drift snorkel back. There is not a lot of reef out front, but there are several underwater objects the marine life are living around and things to see along the wall. The water clarity and temperature were great. We went south to Playa Corona bar one afternoon and were completely disappointed with the snorkelling there plus paying for drinks at a bar so we were quite happy to return to our condo. The pool had comfortable lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. We stayed in mainly for breakfast and found the condo adequately stocked with dishes, water, etc. The condo also provided laundry facilities, detergents, shower soap, dish soap and both shower and beach towels. There were a handful of coffee filters (which we bought and left extra in case) but I especially love the rentals that leave staples in the cupboards such as salt/pepper/hot sauce so you don't have to buy absolutely everything for 3 days. Of course there's no guarantees those items will always be there, but its a nice touch. It was easy to hail a cab on the main road and it was a fixed cost of 60 pesos to town, or the hotel B was a block away for cabs also. The town was pretty quiet after dinner and almost shut down by 8pm minus a few clubs. The town is about 3.5 km from the condo and we walked it several times also. There are sidewalks or secondary roads the entire way and we felt completely safe to do so. The only issue I had with the rental is the misleading description of the 2 bedroom unit. The rental rates on VRBO are based on 1 room use only, and you have to pay extra per guest or extra for the second room to be unlocked. No where in the small print or advertisement is that defined, so I end up having to add a 3rd (nonexistent) person to our rental to get the second room for an additional cost. I don't think its an honest way to advertise and I have expressed my displeasure to the agency that it should be rectified. If you're renting one room, say so...with additional cost for 2nd room. All in all, I would return!

One week stay at Miramar for my family of four.

This property was awesome. So well maintained inside and out. The two bedroom inside was cool and comfortable. A well stocked kitchen and laundry with easy access to the pool area as it was on the first floor. The beds were large and amazing to lay on. The view and access to the ocean was one of the highlights for sure. We will be staying here again and again if possible.

Miramar

This was my third time at Miramar, I like it because it's a small complex so there is no over crowding, the staff is friendly and charming, the manager will help you with anything you would like to plan or arrange. the condos are very nice but mostly I choose to stay there because I really enjoy diving off the platform into the ocean. I'm not a wade in or walk in person. I prefer the north side of the island for that reason. Great place!

Miramar, just as described.

Everything was as described, right down to the easy access to the pool and ocean. It was a quiet, peaceful condo complex (the way we like it). And staff was very accommodating. The only thing we had issue with was how incredibly firm mattresses were.. but we were usually worn out after our daily adventures so it was not as big of deal to us as it might be to others. Great stay at Miramar for Christmas 2019! Thanks Matt!

Great value at a great location!

My wife and I had a nine day stay at this unit. We loved the Miramar property. It is only five stories high where a lot of other complexes are 10+ stories high. This location felt very intimate as we met several friendly guests who were staying in other units during our week in Cozumel. Jose did a great job of keeping the grounds and the pool looking spectacular and Mattias was very nice, informative, and responsive. Staying on the ground level was awesome as it allowed us to walk just a few short steps from our unit to the pool. Overall, the price that we paid was a great value for this property.

My Favorite Place to Stay in Cozumel

I have stayed in Miramar 101 several times and it still gets better each and every single time. It is the perfect two bedroom in the perfect location. 101 is clean and the management also the best on the island and always there to answer questions and be helpful. Throughout my travels throughout the world this is by far my favorite spot on earth.

Mirimar 101

The condo sets in a great area, and the pool and the surroundings are kept up wonderfully but.....the condo is VERY outdated, in fact I believe it is the only one NOT renovated in this complex( there is a reason you don't see the bathrooms in the photos). I could of gotten past that but the cleanliness was not up to my standards and that was most disappointing. The housekeeper came in to "clean" and I watched her throw our bedding on the floor, I was thinking she must be changing the bedding, then she straightened the mattress cover and picked up our bedding and put it right back on the bed!! Needless to say I did the rest of the cleaning for the week, and left it cleaner than when we arrived. The light fixture in the bathroom was filled with dead bugs and there was something growing on the ceiling in the spare bedroom and when I went to pull the curtains open in there half of them fell off! There is a 10 gallon hot water heater so you have to shower VERY quickly!!! And don't let the pictures fool you, its not decorated like that any more. Even the loungers by the pool were extremely more comfortable than the beds we had to sleep on (very hard).I was very disappointed as this was the first out of several VRBO rentals that I have had to give a negative review. I would definitely stay again if I had a different condo and they had new housekeeping!

The view and snorkeling are Amazing.

Left on May 21, 2017 for a stay in May 2017 Condominio Miramar 101 is quiet, convenient to the airport, has an amazing views with the Yucatan peninsula on the horizon and incredible snorkeling just down the spiral steps to the water. The Cozumel Seaside Retreat management were fantastic. I got decompression sickness and we were able to easily extend our stay by five nights on short notice, they even offered rides to hospital or anything else we may need while I was under going treatments. The grounds are well kept, the pool is kept very clean.

Beautiful Ocean front condo

Bright ocean front unit with great views, the pool area and grounds are very beautifull. Diving platform and excellent snorkelling right out front. The condo is well kept and very comfortable. The staff at the condo are very helpful. Great workers and very professional. You will feel very safe and at home here. Morning views of the ships coming into to port and beautiful evening sunsets.

Relaxing and spacious Miramar #101

The location is absolutely ideal. Our family of four found it to be relaxing, spacious and a ton of fun. This place was perfect no matter if we wanted to explore Cozumel or just spend the day at the pool. Since the pool and the ocean were literally outside the door, it was perfect for soaking in the sun, playing and snorkeling in the ocean, and relaxing. The kids had a blast jumping off the platform attached to the pool that went right into the ocean. Our hosts gave us such great directions and advice, we were also able to explore the island and find great restaurants, other beaches and fun excursions for our family. The condo is decorated in a way you truly feel at home. We had everything we needed and can't wait to go back.
