Your Cozumel getaway awaits at this fantastic 4-bedroom house. The first floor offers 1 King Bedroom, 1 Queen Bedroom, and a spacious office. Connected by an outdoor staircase to the 2nd floor/3rd floor loft is a bunk room with 2 queen beds on the bottom and 2 twin beds above. The loft is a master suite with a king bed and a luxury master bathroom. This welcoming property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, office, laundry room, and a beautful rooftop with a plunge pool and bar/BBQ area. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

*The third floor bathtub is currently unavailable for use due to a leak, we ask that you please do not use it and shower in one of the many showers to choose from.
* We have the house regularly treated by pest control but mosquitos are part of the tropical experience so be sure to grab some bug spray. Be sure to put food away as soon as possible to help eliminate ants and other pest. Don’t be surprised if you see lizards at the house it’s part of the tropical charm.
