There’s also a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with full cable lineup, and free Wi-Fi is accessible from every room.

The modern and artfully designed dining room provides seating for eight and has spectacular views of patio and pool, compliments of the big sliding glass doors.

Even the kitchen is decked out with top-of-the-line appliances both big and small, ample countertop and cabinetry, and an open sight line to dining and living rooms. You can prepare your own meals in style, and stock your stainless-steel refrigerator with fresh tropical fruit, vegetables, seafood and more. You could even opt to have a private chef come in and whip up a fantastic meal for you and your party---and with daily maid service (excluding Sundays), you never have to do the dishes.

While there are laundry services on the premises, rest assured that your maid service includes complete refreshment of linens and towels and top to bottom cleaning—so you can focus on what’s most important: having a picture-perfect vacation. Purified water provided for your convenience and peace of mind, and there are air-conditioning units in each of the five bedrooms.

Speaking of bedrooms, they are spread throughout the two levels of this condo, as are the exquisite attached baths. On the ground level, you’ll find a king-sized bed along with two twins plus a beautiful ensuite. Between the first and second floor is another spectacular bedroom, this one boasting a queen and two twins with bright tropical colors and a beautifully accented attached bath. On the second level, there is a gorgeous bedroom with a super comfortable queen-sized bed with private ensuite. There’s also a gorgeous ocean-facing bedroom with both queen and twin bed, private attached bath and magnificent balcony with fabulous ocean views. Near the pool, there's also a half-bath and garden shower, so you can wash up before heading inside.

Finally, the largest bedroom boasts a king-sized and twin bed plus private balcony with ocean views that will knock your flip-flops off.

There is no bad spot to enjoy the spectacular views, but one of your vantage points really stands out: the rooftop observation deck. It's covered by a palapa and has built-in seating, so you can hang out with a cold beverage and watch the sun slowly set over the Caribbean.

Outside your villa is more awesomeness. Take a 100-yard stroll to the water's edge or venture a few more steps to the private pier, where SCUBA, snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, wind-surfing and sight-seeing boats will pick you up for a fun-filled day offshore.

Of course, you don’t need a tour guide to do a little swimming and snorkeling on your own. A ladder helps you descend directly into a cove-like portion of the ocean, where you can then explore to your heart’s content.

Plop down in a plush lounge chair by the pool and grab a little sun or splash around in the temperature-controlled and always refreshing pool.

While you may feel like you’re a world away from everything else, downtown Cozumel is a quick 20-minute drive away.
