Hippie Bob & Diana's Second Floor Beach House: On The Beach/Caribbean Sea

Why stay 'near the Beach', 'have a view of the Beach' or 'see the Beach over other buildings'?? -- This building is DIRECTLY on the Beach. Enjoy this rare view that few other places can offer you. Please check out the pictures of our rooftop Palapa, filled with amazing ways to entertain and relax. This rooftop is shared with only the 1st and 2nd floors.

Located near beautiful Chankanaab Park on the West Shore of the Island and just 10 minutes from the Town of San Miguel is CASA Vista del Mar in the condominium complex called 'COZUMEL PARADISE'. See our other listings at VRBO #73642 & #150035. Each Condo can have up to seven guests, or host a 'party for 14' by booking the ENTIRE BUILDING!

This is one of the most special units in the complex, it is located directly on the waterfront and no other buildings or obstructions block your prime view of the Ocean. It is less than 150 feet from the water's edge! Each unit has a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout that also includes a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and an easily accessible patio with table and chairs.

Spectacular views and beautiful sunsets from the living area, master bedroom, and balcony. Panoramas from the private rooftop are unbelievable. Bring a good book and relax or bring your binoculars and watch the dive boats and cruise ships glide by.

The direct beachfront has some of the best snorkeling in Cozumel. Scuba diving can be arranged through many dive shops to pick you up at our beach!

Maid service is three times a week and a washer & dryer is supplied for your use. A private cook, babysitter, and many activities are available at an additional charge through our local representative.

A $500.00 deposit will secure your dates immediately. This deposit is refundable at the conclusion of your trip. Once your dates are decided, I recommend you immediately secure your dates as these Beach Villas are in high demand!

The property was absolutely lovely and so authentic. The views from this beachfront property are some of the best in Cozumel. The property manager was incredibly easy to communicate with and very responsive and the rooftop area is such a beautiful and relaxing place to hang out- we absolutely loved it! The value for your money for this condo just cannot be beat!

The condominium is really nice and right on the water. We were able to snorkle right off the shore. There are more reefs and structure if you snorkle from the shore at neighboring shorelines such as the Money Bar. It is very private while the clubs on either side of the condo are busy. I would recommend renting a car. I would stay here again if we visit cozumel.

What a find!!The housekeeping staff was kind and did a great job.The management company (Damien) was very communicative and assured all was to our expectations.You will need a car or be at the mercy of made up fares on the spot. The same ride can cost 30 USD or 11USD. Friendly beach clubs on either side which let us eat at the restaurants and bar. Great amenities including beach towels, filtered water, soap/shampoo, washer/dryer. We loved relaxing on the deck watching the cruise ships arrive in the AM and depart in the evenings...Thank you for everything!!

Lovely, quiet location. Well maintained complex. Spacious unit in average condition. Aesthetically appealing pool but unheated and cold. No physical contact with host. We contacted him to advise that we only had hot water for showers…. none for kitchen and that a/c would not turn off in a rear bedroom. He texted back that he would look into it but did not. A car is required to make the most of your vacation here.

Family Vacation

We absolutely enjoyed staying at this property! The location with a beach area and decent snorkeling out front was wonderful and made it so we could just stay put and relax on site if we wanted. We enjoyed the resorts on each side for activities and eats and drinks. This unit was very clean and maintained daily by staff. The occupants around us were all very enjoyable. We would rent a car or motorcycle next time just because taxis aren’t consistent with prices but are mostly readily available if need one. Also enjoyed cooking on site and would get to grocery store sooner since resorts close by 5pm and not much for food in this area once they are closed. We would love staying here again if we decide to come back to Cozumel.

This property was stunning and we very much appreciate the stained glass bird window in the main bedroom, as well as the mural painted on the patio. The home was comfortable, fully stocked, and most importantly: have a great location right on the sand! We highly recommend I would love to come back!
