Occitanie, near Albi, in a former agricultural estate, with swimming pool

Old farmhouse of the XVII (stable ground floor living rooms above), which later became an agricultural hangar, and now transformed into a cottage to welcome you in the countryside, quiet, outside of Valderiès, a small village with its tarnais local shops (bakery, grocery, butcher-caterer) in the village center. We welcome in this house of 42m² 2 people and 1 child up to 4 years. All on the ground floor, the kitchen is well equipped: oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron, living room with color TV, sofa 2 places. Always in open space you have a toilet area with basin and a walk-in shower. The toilets are separated and closed as well as the cellar.
Ethernet or wifi access is available.
Enclosed outdoor space with 150sqm garden and terrace of 30m² with barbecue. An above ground wooden pool of 6m70 by 4m, open from June to September, is shared with the occupants of the 'oustal del vailets' and possibly the owners.
Sheets and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included in the price. The animals are admitted after agreement. We accept holiday vouchers.
Possibility to rent per night from 3 nights. Long stays possible at decreasing rates and recovery of VAT for companies.
