My wife and I came down to spend time on the ocean and enjoying the keys. This place served our needs just fine. We loved the pool and the atmosphere inside the park is very friendly. I enjoyed reading and having breakfast on the porch in the mornings. The staff at the gate for entry into Venture Out were over the top accommodating and welcoming. We had need to communicate with Jerry & Janet a few times and appreciated the prompt communication, attention and care for our needs.A few items for consideration: The promotional headline for the place mentioned 4 bikes and 2 -2 person kayaks. It seemed clear that there was not an expectation that these would be used given the condition of the bikes and the way they the kayaks were stored. The pics of the living room space show a chair as well as the sectional sofa. The chair is not there. We were glad it was just the two of us - as another comfy chair would be missed if we were a larger group.All in all - we want to be clear that we were very appreciative of the opportunity to stay here and would definitely consider staying here again.
