Ideally located on the peninsula of Giens, facing the Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Levant and Port Cros), in the heart of the pine forest of La Capte, 250 meters from the sandy beaches, in a dead end street quiet but close to shops and Provencal markets
In an area offering many activities on site: water sports, spot famous for kite surfing and board, hiking on the coastal path, cycling on many bike paths

Sehr schöner Urlaub im Mai 2024

Das Haus liegt in sehr schöner naturnaher Umgebung in einem kleinen Dorf in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Sandstrand (5min zu Fuß). Das Haus ist auch von außen sehr hübsch, die Räume sind einfach, aber schön eingerichtet. Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie (zwei jugendliche Kinder) im Mai 2024 dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Haus und Garten sind großzügig und von außen kaum einsehbar. Unsere Kinder konnten sich bei Bedarf unabhängig von uns Eltern beschäftigen (Meer, WLAN...). Erschwerend für uns war, dass wir alle kein Französisch können und die Information, dass wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen müssen, vorab nicht verstanden haben. Man hat uns aber umfassend geholfen (lieben Dank an die Vermieter und die Agentur!). Abschließend vielen Dank für die schöne Unterbringung in einem sehr schönen Urlaub!

Emplacement fantastique, maison sympathique

Belle adresse à proximité de la mer, des commerces, de l'arrêt de bus La Capte; le marché aux puces et le marché sont juste à côté! Cuisine bien agencée, maison très fonctionnelle avec des moustiquaires, ce qui était très utile en cet octobre 2023; idéalement en prévoir un dans la chambre à 4 lits, afin de pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit... Jardin ombragé avec beaucoup de petits recoins. La douche et le wc extérieurs étaient très appréciés. Nous avons bien profité de cette adresse, pendant notre séjour de 1 semaine. En octobre, avec la tombée de la nuit très tôt à 19h30, 2 adultes et 2 ados avaient bien de la place dans le séjour. Sinon, un peu serré pour regarder un film ensemble; mais la grande table dans la cuisine se prête à de beaux repas ou une soirée de jeux. En été idem à la table du jardin... Une info utile à ajouter ou fournir en amont: les dimensions des matelats, couettes et coussins, afin de prendre le bon linge de lit avec. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique par Jacky et sa femme, que nous saluons chaleureusement. La Capte nous manque déjà... nous reviendrons!

Un séjour excellent - ein toller Aufenthalt

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable dans cette maison de vacances de charme bien équipée et son beau jardin ombragé. Petits et grands, bref toute la famille a adoré ce séjour! En plus, la plage et les commerces de la Capte sont juste à côté, pas besoin de la voiture. La communication avec les propriétaires a très bien fonctionné, merci aussi à Jacky d avoir été si accueillant. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir! Wir haben eine unvergessliche Woche in diesem gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus voller Charme und mit hübschem schattigen Garten verbracht. Groß und klein, die ganze Familie hat den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Noch dazu befindet sich der Strand und die Geschäfte ganz in der Nähe, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war sehr unkompliziert, danke auch an Jacky für den freundlichen Empfang. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Erholsame Ferien in La Capte

Ein schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage. Gute Ausstattung. Die Außendusche ist nach einem Strandaufenthalt sehr praktisch. Gute Küchenausstattung, Basisprodukte waren schon vorhanden. Ein Backofen wäre noch schön, wenn viel gekocht wird. Es hat uns aber an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber !

Nous avons passé 5j dans cette charmante maison, au calme et très proche de la mer. Nos enfants ont même pu aller seuls se promener au bord de mer, vu qu'il y a un chemin donnant direct sur celui-ci (aucune route à traverser). Nous y avons apprécié le confort, la tranquillité du quartier. Tout est fait afin que les locataires se sentent bien dans la maison. Nous tenons à remercier Jacky pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Séjour à refaire durant les beaux jours afin de profiter des joies de la baignade.

Une semaine formidable ! mer, commerces et restaurants à proximité . Location confortable dans laquelle rien ne manque, il y a même la climatisation. Douche extérieure très appréciable pour le retour de la plage...pas de sable dans la maison ! Beau jardin ombragé pour y prendre les repas. Une maison où rien ne manque avec un vaste extérieur de détente et de convivialité, le tout au cœur de la pinède et tout prêt de la mer. De quoi passer des vacances idéales.

Landestypisches Ferienhaus mit leichten Einschränkungen

Landestypisches Haus in sehr guter Lage. Ruhig und nur 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand und Zentrum von La Capte mit Restaurants und Geschäften. Zum Haus gehört noch ein Mini-Studio, d.h. man ist ggf. nicht ganz alleine auf dem Grundstück. Leider gab es an mehreren Stellen Ameisenstraßen im Haus, nicht nicht ganz beseitigt werden konnten. Auch für Südfrankreich überdurchschnittlich hoch war die Anzahl der Moskitos. Aufgrund der nicht ganz intakten Fliegengitter hatten wir diese leider auch im Haus.
