You can catch a Glimpse of the Pamet River from the upstairs bedrooms. Walk down a private path to the river for a stroll. Or paddle through the meandering tidal river at high tide by kayak or stand up paddle (2 of each provided)
We also can provide bikes, or bring your own because it’s a short bike ride to Ballston Beach on the ocean side or Corn Hill Beach on the bay, and a few prestige kettle ponds we can tell you about along the way.
And when you get back home, you can rinse off the beach sand in the luxurious outdoor rain shower.

The house itself dates back to the 1700s and was thought to have been floated across Cape Cod Bay and up the Pamet river to its current perch. Over the years, it was renovated and added onto including a recent high end update to the the kitchen and master bathroom.
In our first year renting (2019), we purchased all new mattresses and high quality all-natural fiber bedding for your comfort.
We use natural and reclaimed materials throughout the house and property whenever possible, and a 7.1kwh solar panel array tucked away on a secondary roof keeps the the lights running and the a/c on when you need it without burning fossil fuels.
