This is a free standing independant apartment above a 2 car garage located on an acre lot in a lovely wooded neighborhood off of the Cape Cod Rail Trail. There are two homes on this property that is well set up to maximize each guest family's privacy and enjoyment. Parking is ample and driveway access is shared. Your view from the apartment is the foliage and wildlife in the trees! This property has been rented and loved for over ten years on another popular booking platform with many repeat guests and years of positive host reviews . Over 500 reviews have earned super host status. You can bike ride to Wellfleet, Provincetown or Orleans and Chatham on the Cape Cod Rail Trail with easy trail access from the neighborhood. The neighborhood backs up to the centennial mile marker from Boston. Located conveniently in the middle of the "Narrowland of North Eastham . Easy access off Nauset Road to Nauset Light or Coast Guard Beaches , Wiley Park Great Pond Freshwater lakes or Campground, Cooks Brook or First Encounter Cape Cod Bay side beaches. Wellfleet Drive- In Theater is 5 minutes away , Wellfleet Center is a 15 minute drive, Chequessett Club is a popular destination for many Tree house guests . Provincetown Commercial Wharf Whale Watching is a 30 minute trip to park. Enjoy a private entrance accessed from the second floor of a 14 x 26 mahogany deck with outdoor seating & grill.
