This charming waterfront cottage for four is steps from a private beach on Minister's Pond. This is a perfect place for a family vacation. Families of all ages can enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, and the sandy beach on this 25-acre freshwater pond. The cottage is nestled among large pines and is part of the Nauset Haven cottage community. This is a great Outer Cape location, just a short drive to the Eastham beaches on the bay or Nauset Light and Cape Cod National Seashore beach on the ocean both a 10 minute ride you have the best of both In Eastham plus a pond in front of your cottage everyone is friendly here they come from all over the US

This one-of-a-kind cottage offers a cozy retreat with all the comforts of home including a/c to cool you down after a long day outside You'll love the refreshing breeze under the trees or sunning outside on our private deck overlooking the stunning pond or open a window on the three-season screened-in porch and enjoy a breakfast or a Romantic dinner for two or the family sitting at the bar tables The two bedrooms are designed for comfort making the best use of space there are drawers underneath the beds for keeping your clothes in as shown in the pictures there is accommodations four people, and there's an additional sleeping space on the futon couch in the main room. The full bath features a convenient walk-in shower. Whip up a delicious lobster dinner in our fully equipped kitchenette, or savor some grilled steaks on the spacious deck outside. Access to the cottage is a breeze, with a private parking spot right in front there is walkway to the front door then a step up into the front door entrance or to the deck.

Our site is packed with amenities to keep everyone entertained. Enjoy some friendly competition at the Horseshoe pit or the Volleyball net at the playground, the game room also has things for smaller children there is also a Hockey shuffle game table, a basketball hoop, or take one of our rowboats out on the pond and enjoy the serene surroundings with a loved one even grab your pole and catch a Bass right off the dock not far from shore is a swim platform to get some sun and jump off of

The cottage is a few minutes from Orleans where there is Stop and Shop drug stores even a Wendy’s for a Frosty milk shake restaurants of different kinds where you can have the fresh catch of the day also in the other direction from the cottage is Wellfleet there is a boat pier grab quick dinner at the walk up stand fried clams fish or a delicious lobster roll sit on a picnic table as the sun sets there are little shops in the center, there is also finer dining then go take in a movie at there drive in just like the old days or even go to the flea market there it’s few days a week to look for treasures every time there’s something different to find go to historic Provincetown a half hour ride where you can find shops of all kinds we always go to the Army Navy store there are clothes men women and trinkets of all kinds everything is a short walk restaurants art galleries with many local art work a leather shop tee shirts candy and fugue everyone likes going whale watching the Wales come right around the boat sometimes but the boat is big a safe, fisherman's old pier where you can take out a charter boat and go fishing for the day, not long ago when I was younger i saw some fisherman bring in 1000 pound Tuna hanging on the scale it was caught off a small boat in the bay so you never know what you will catch or see here you will make memories that like us will last a lifetime at every turn there is something new you won’t see at home and if you’re up early like us take a quick ride to the Ocean and watch the sunrise play all day then head over to the bay side to watch the sunset and walk in between the sandbars when it’s low tide our families have been coming to the Cape for over 50 years and now we bring our children here to enjoy virtually untouched by today’s hustle and bustle so come spend time with us a vacation you will surely never forget

Lorina and Mike’s cottage is cute, clean, and comfortable, and they couldn’t be better, more responsive hosts. We so appreciated their approval of our last minute booking for this long weekend we so desperately needed. The house was very clean and the location was great. Was also very quiet even though there are other cottages around the pond. We had an issue with getting the heat to work because it got very cool in the cottage during Hurricane Erin but eventually the owner got the service company to get it working.

We loved being on the pond-best spot on the pond! We swam, used the row boat and watched the pond change with the weather. Cottage is small, but accommodated us perfectly.! I would stay there again!

This cottage looked just as it did in the photos. It was perfect for my family vacation with 2 teens. Everything was perfect and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful with everything. Kids loved the rowboats and swimming off the dock. Would love to stay here again.

The cottage was in a wonderful location on the Cape. We’d like the Eastham area so much to do and great beaches. Loraina and Mike were wonderful hosts and answer any questions that we had. The cottage welcomed us when we arrived. Everything was sparkly clean and fresh. We were in and out of Ptown a lot, but for the time we spent at the cottage, we were either on the screened porch or the deck, watching ducks and cormorants sunning on the swimming dock. The rowboats were a treat for morning gliding on the water. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to supplement what we brought. All in all, a wonderful place to chill out!

I had a lovely week. The house was comfortable and nicely decorated. It had everything I needed. Perfect location - the house is at the top of stairs down to the pond. Tranquil cottage offered perfect amount of space in an outstanding location to explore mid-cape and outer cape attractions. We were very glad we brought our bikes and enjoyed riding at salt pond and along the bike trail and town beaches along the bay. The kids enjoyed swimming and boating at the pond. Meals were easy to prepare in the equipped kitchen and enjoyed on the deck and enclosed porch overlooking the pond. Owners are very friendly and accessible if needed and provided good information about the premises and local area. A very enjoyable and memorable vacation. We would absolutely go back.

It’s a sweet place. It is small and might work best for two adults maybe with a small child. We liked the location but were used to be able to take walks and go to the bay without a car so that was more demanding.

Peaceful Escape

For me, this is a perfect location. I have a life-long love of the Outer Beach in Eastham. Cottage #4 was well equipped. The view of Minister’s Pond is ideal although I did not swim during this stay. I love this spot primarily because my husband and I truly relax as soon as we get settled.

Charming Cottage

The cottage looks to be freshly painted and was immaculate. The furnishings are so pretty and well put-together. A few steps down to the pond where we relaxed and enjoyed the view. I recommend a visit to Marconi Beach and the Fort Hill Trail. I needed help accessing Netflix and the owner took care of it promptly. ( This was the only issue that we had.)

Love at first sight! this cottage on a pond was small and charming. Well thought out use of the space including several decorative storage baskets throughout. The owners provided extra amenities, a well stocked kitchen, plenty of paper goods for our long weekend stay. We also enjoyed using the rowboat and canoe available on the pond beach to all neighborhood guests. Would highly recommend the Waterfront Cottage and hope to be back in the future!

The cottage was peaceful. Sitting by the pond a few steps away was a great way to relax after a day exploring Cape Cod . Lovely weekend getaway

This is a lovely cabin located just off the highway with private access to Minister Pond. Very quiet an secluded area. The cabin itself is small and cozy, but perfect for my small group of friends. Kitchen and pantry staples were provided but we did have to bring our own linens and towels. Check in was super easy and the home owners were very responsive to my inquiries. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Escape on the Cape

What an absolute delight of a little cottage to stay in! Communications with the owner were a breeze, and with their experience they also are able to answer any question you may have before you can even think to ask it. One bedroom has a queen, one has two twins, making this a cozy stay for 1-4 people. Sip your tea while looking out over a lovely pond - an excellent place to wile away the hours fishing, rowing or, as I did, bringing your camera and canvases and creating. If you're looking for an excellent jumping off point for extended Cape adventures, or you're looking for a quiet, tranquil idyll this is the place for you.

We are from Connecticut and have been coming to Cape Cod since we were young. We were lucky to find this cottage and to be able to enjoy it with our family. We enjoy swimming and fishing on Minister's Pond, taking day trips to Provincetown, Whale Watching, and walking on the nature trails and beaches nearby.
