About this property

Small nest on the seafront between the port and beach

Pretty small Breton house comfortable.
Situated 200m from the beach Treffiagat-Léchiagat, and 200 m from the Port of Guivinec. There is a bakery, grocery store 50 m, the smell of warm bread tickles the nostrils.
On the ground floor you will find a dining room, a lounge with TV flat screen, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ... and a toilet.
On the floor a room in Mezzanine with a bed of 140, a closed room with a bed of 90 with a possibility of adding a bed baby, a room of bath with tub / shower and TOILET. The place is very quiet although a few hundred meters there are more activities.

Maison très fonctionnelle, hyper propre, calme, à 2 pas de la mer ! La propriétaire est très agréable, de très bons conseils et disponible. Le soleil était au rendez-vous. A réserver sans hésiter !

Schöne kleine Wohnung über 2 Etagen

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet und gut ausgestattet. Nette Vermieterin, die jederzeit zur Verfügung steht. Die Mateatze ist sehr bequem. Bäckerei und netter Fish and Chips Laden gleich um die Ecke.

Au delà du temps qui à été parfait, l'accueil très pro et le gite très agréable et fonctionnel, notre séjour a été nourri de paysages et de vues magnifiques, en parcourant le GR 34 de Concarneau à la Pointe de Raz.

J'ai adoré mon sejour dans ce petit cocon. Tout est fait pour s'y sentir bien, il ne manque rien. Le port et la plage à quelques pas, un vrai bonheur. De plus l'accueil est chaleureux et l'hôtesse disponible et pleine de bons conseils . J'y retournerai avec un grand plaisir

Dommage que l annonce ne précisait pas qu il n y avait pas d extérieur et que les chambres étaient à l étage. Sinon appartement très agréable et rien ne manque. Les propriétaires sont très serviables et discrets.
