Great family vacation

I would definitely recommend Surfside Resort to anyone looking for a nice, family friendly beach vacation. The bridge walkway to the beach was very convenient.

Great Condo

We loved staying at this condo, the views were amazing and the area was close to everything. Just be aware that it only comes with two beach chairs at the beach. We had to rent two extra chairs since we had four people.

Such a good trip!!

We enjoyed our stay in the room and enjoyed it. Loved how they had 2 chairs already set up for us at the beach. Staff was friendly when walking around and pool is kept very clean. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The balcony was so pretty. Would definitely come stay here again!

Nice facility, condo was spacious, good layout, nice view but quite outdated and lacking (beds sounded like they were falling apart, sparse kitchen - not even a pot holder, etc.). Facility could use a little help at the pool area and other areas as well.

Home away from home.

We loved staying in room 912. The only problem was the couch bed was broken but there was cot in the closet. And the park in the parking garage was awful the parking spots was so close together that we could barley open our doors when parked. Surfside only has one small pool and it was a lot of people in it at one time. Also when we came down from our room people was laid out asleep in the lobby. Could use some security guards or something around the resort. But it was a great place over all☺️

Good location, easy access to beach!

The resort is in a great location with easy access to the beach. Beach bar and on site restaurant is an added bonus. Minuses include no food or drink allowed at the pool and the elevators are always really busy with lengthy wait times.

All the comforts of home

This is our 6th stay at Surfside Resort and we love the convenience of the footbridge to the beach and the pool area is a quick elevator ride down. We have stayed in four different condos and have loved all four. Booking and checking out is so easy.

The unit had tons of space with gorgeous views of the bay and ocean. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, steps away from the beach and within walking distance to tons of restaurants.

Great stay!

This condo was great. Perfect location and well maintained. My only complaint about the condo itself was the sofas are looking a bit dingy, but the space was everything we needed. The building could use a little freshening up, and only 2 elevators was unfortunate. But staff was super friendly and responsive and we had a great week!

The facility was wonderful.. the kitchen could have been stocked better.. no metal bake wear.. or plastic cups. The oven didn’t work well and the refrigerator is very worn.. the front door did not close probably, when we left , we had to make sure we pushed it shut to make it lock

no hot water

nice private beach access, convenient to area. only problems are there was no hot water; only warm at best. bring your own trashbags because they only give you one. seriously.

LOVE THE BEACH

This was my first time at Surfside. The condo was very inviting, clean and cheerful. Nicely appointed. Comfortable beds, that's a big plus. Enjoyed the large patio, with exits from both bedrooms.

Nice room but facility needs work

Our unit 912 was nice. We had an issue with a water leak from upstairs bath in our bath but they addresses it without 24 hours. The pool is much smaller than in the pictures and with a facility this large it isn’t big enough. They have a lot of water space on the pool area for a bigger pool. The steps down to the beach are slick and getting worn but manageable.... if you are young and/or older and in good shape. The biggest issue was the elevator. Two elevators to service the entire building and it isn’t adequate. On check out we waited 30 minutes to just get on one and had to split our group up and part of us use the employee elevator because it was just not adequate. We saw this complaint prior to making the reservation and hoped it was addressed or that someone was being dramatic but it is crazy bad!! Also they have an issue with parking. If every guest can get two parking passes the guy cannot Park here. On our last night there wa not rom to park on site. Again this wasn’t the room it was the facility. 912 is a nice unit but not so sure we would be back because of the facility.
