This 7th floor condo has breathing views from every room. With a king bed and two queen beds, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy all the amenities that Surfside Resort has to offer, a private beach, heated pool, two hot tubs, sports deck, spa, on-site restaurant and fitness room. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are included with your stay (March - October). Shopping and local restaurants within walking distance.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
As you prepare to leave, please refer to the "Day of checkout" page in the Guest manual. Take trash to the trash chute. The trash chute is to the right of the elevators.
Please set AC to 78 degrees. Ensure sliding doors are closed. Leave wristbands in the condo
Please message us if you check out before 10am (just to give our cleaning crew a little more time)

The condo was beautiful, the host - Carroll - was superb, the location was perfect, the views and weather were fantastic and the condo was very clean except one little thing. The floors needed to be swept and mopped. It seems they might have been missed during last cleaning. Definitely recommend Carroll's condo when staying in the area.
