The home features a cool blue color scheme, urban chic decor, a fully stocked kitchen for meals in, private BBQ patio and seating area, and access to a shared outdoor community pool. It is my personal residence for 2 winter months.

The home is located just a few minutes' walk from Old town, Fashion Square Mall and Scottsdale Stadium. There are great restaurants, Starbucks and grocery stores (Sprouts!) just across the street, and the home is a short 15 minute drive from the Phoenix airport. You can't get a better location to explore Scottsdale.

Great backyard to chill out and grill out. Two covered parking spaces. Also depending on the month, my little red convertible will be parked in one of the parking spots. If you have more than one car, the second can be parked on Montecito, just up the block. You will also have access to the huge community pool.

Well behaved pets are invited and pet fee of $250 will be paid direct post booking.
