At the foot of the Plounéour-Trez water tower, this stone house is located one kilometer from the sandy beaches and 300m from the shops (bakery, bar / tobacco / press, grocery store, etc.).
The house is semi-detached with that of the owners.
Capacity 2 to 6 people
Ground floor: bright living room with large family table, open kitchen, bathroom (shower and toilet).
1st floor: relaxation area, large master bedroom (a 140/190 bed)
2nd floor: large dormitory area with 4 beds (90/190).
Garden with terrace and large courtyard.

Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, tea towels and hand and bath towels are provided.

Children: cot, high chair, bath, deckchair, stroller ... (free of charge and on request).
Books for children and adults, games for children and board games available (so no television !!!)

Home away from Home ♥️ (maison loin de chez la maison)

Maripol und René were great and kind hosts. We had a warm welcome and the rooms are cozy and very nicely furnished. Our kids loved the attic with all the toys and books :) The neighborhood is quiet and the bakery and grocery store are just a few hundred meters away. We will definitely visit again. Inadequate house - did not measure up!

Only one toilet off the kitchen - unhygienic! No wc upstairs. Difficult for people who have trouble with stairs. Also didn’t know it was semi detached with owner. Decided not to stay.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour ! Le logement est parfaitement aménagé, confortable et situé à proximité de tout. Maripol est une hôte aux petits soins qui s’est montrée très disponible pour répondre à nos questions, nous conseiller de bonnes adresses et nous faire découvrir le patrimoine de Plounéour. Ambiance très familiale, des hôtes aux petits soins ! Tout était parfait ! Nous espérons y séjourner de nouveau très bientôt.

Nous recommandons vivement cette maison vaste et très agréable, avec des hôtes charmants et disponibles. Tout est très propre, la cuisine est dotée pour faire de la bonne cuisine pour une famille nombreuse. On mange dehors ou dedans, c'est calme et beau. Quel grand plaisir d'être là !

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zurück

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern bereits das zweite Mal bei Maripol und Rene im Ferienhaus und wieder wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet und bietet alles was man so als Familie benötigt. Unsere Kinder fühlten sich hier wieder sehr wohl und wir hatten eine sonnige und entspannte Woche. Die Ruhe in dieser Gegend des Finistère und die Lage abseits der Touristenströme schätzen wir sehr. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Excellent séjour, gite parfait pour des vacances en famille

Une maison entière sur deux étages, avec un séjour cuisine très agréable, lumineux et ouvert par une baie vitrée sur une terrasse et un joli jardin. Chambre parentale décorée avec goût, une très grande tout en haut pour les enfants (en autonomie) et un coin jeu lecture. A deux pas à pied du bourg, dans une jolie partie du hameau, proche des commerces et 5 min de la plage en voiture. Hôte super accueillante, on se sent comme à la maison. Des petites spécialités de la région nous attendaient à l’arrivée. Le voisinage est très tranquille. Idéal pour famille, plein de possibilités dans le secteur.

Expérience très agréable. Accueil très chaleureux et généreux par Maripol Gîte bien situé (dans le bourg et proche mer pour promenades sur sentier ou sur plage (étendue de la baie sur des kms). Gite très confortable, il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour le confort, et un bel espace extérieur, tranquille, vert, fleuri. Un très bon moment dans cette Bretagne malgré un temps pas toujours au beau fixe !

Bien rentrés tous les 3 Maripol (je ne retrouve pas votre numéro pour vous laisser un message !) Il n'y avait pas trop de monde sur la route mais nous avions le cœur gros de laisser votre magnifique région... Nous avons passé deux semaines excellentes à découvrir le pays de Léon et nous nous sommes sentis tous comme à la maison dans votre logement, très bien équipé... Et ce calme ! Gite parfait confortable avec la tranquillité et un très bon accueil

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Maripol avec quelques gourmandises à l'arrivée, le gite est spacieux très confortable très propre et bien situé proche de la mer et les belles plages de la région. Nous avons apprécié la pièce de vie qui est lumineuse, les chambres cocooning juste comme il faut, le tout très bien équipé avec un espace jeux pour les enfants . Merci à Maripol pour nous avoir fait découvrir le beurre aux algues ainsi les algues séchées, Maripol est une hôte très sympathique, ce séjour fut parfait avec une météo idéale pour ce mois d'octobre, cette région mérite d'y revenir et donc si un prochain séjour nous y amène nous reviendrons dans ce gîte et pourquoi pas découvrir plus les recettes à base d'algues...

Un séjour très agréable en tous points. L'accueil est remarquable, très chaleureux. A l'arrivée, on a cette étrange impression d'être dans un lieu que l'on connait déjà. L'environnement ne cherche qu'à nous émerveiller et les habitants sont d'une bienveillance exemplaire. Je recommande, ce séjour, pour qui aimerait retrouver une vraie vie en société, sans tous les artifices qui nous font croire que l'on est quelqu'un.
