Enjoy a unique view across the Marina Gosier that you dominate the foreground, on the Petit Cul de Sac Marin and mountain views from Marie Galante to Piton Sainte-Rose. Its location is exceptional in the bleak heart of the marina, with walking access to all restaurants, services and shops, while enjoying an extremely quiet and peaceful accommodation with secure private parking. The very large pool is reserved for the use of the Residence, plenty of sun loungers allow you to enjoy the sun. At his side, a large covered terrace will allow you to relax. All Site located on top of the hill is naturally very well ventilated constantly by the trade winds. The Gosier beaches are within 10 minutes drive. If business trip, you are close to all the activity areas of the island, the Jarry area in particular is less than 15 mns car. To visit the Guadeloupe, the central position and directly connected to the main roads of the island you will radiate easily in all directions. Agréable séjour dans un appartement avec une superbe vue mer. Le logement est très bien équipé.
La propriété est sur les hauteurs de la marina, loin de l’agitation. Le parking et l’accueil sont un plus.

Super séjour en Guadeloupe! !
Le logement est idéalement placé au dessus de la marina du gosier dans une résidence très calme avec une belle piscine très accessible.
La cuisine extérieure sur la terrasse est un vrai plus tout comme la vue sur la mer.
Très proche des commerces et des restaurants, vous pouvez tout faire à pied.
