Blue Beach House is a darling, cozy, recently renovated home that sits in the dunes of the stunning sandy beaches of Grayland, WA. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets or storm watch from the comfort of the home’s living room, dining room, kitchen or from the massive seaside deck. The property is directly on the beach. Enjoy this tranquil retreat from all the excitement the Grayland/ Westport area has to offer. Come out for a night, week or month to surf, stroll, clam, fish, explore, or just cozy up with a good book and watch the waves breaking on the beach. Truly get away from it all!
CLAMMING Dates (tentative) for fall 2025 have been announced! We fill quickly for these dates so please plan ahead. When Twin Harbors area is open you can clam directly on our beach. Guests tell us the clamming has been especially plentiful this season. PLEASE CHECK ALL RULES, REGULATIONS, TIMES AND PERMIT REQUIREMENTS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE GEAR. Good luck!!

We are a dog friendly property and the home has a fully fenced yard. We ask that you pre-approve your furry family by sending a request before booking and also agree to the house rules: No pets on any furniture or beds at anytime even if the furniture is “protected or covered”. This ensures a great, clean experience for our pet lovers and those that are not. We do have a pet fee of $75 per pet per stay. Please toggle the pet tab on in your booking. Thank you.
Foodies rejoice! The Wandering Goose Restaurant at the Tokeland Historic Hotel, just 10 miles down the road, was awarded Seattle Met's Best Restaurants in Washington for 2023 and 2024. Charter fishing season in Westport is a very busy time for us and we do book up fast those dates. We are 15min drive to the Westport docks. Salmon, Halibut, Rock Fish, Dungeness crab… come fill your freezer or just enjoy telling stories of the big one that got away. More information here: https://www.experiencewestport.com/fish

We, and our guests, have found the home the perfect place to work remotely. The WiFi is easily connected and fast even with parents and kids all simultaneously on their teams or zoom or Webex meetings or gaming and streaming devices. We find connectivity faster with the home’s great high speed internet but few users in this small rural community than anywhere else we’ve been. Hitting the beach for quick or long brain breaks has helped us stay recharged. If you’d like more information about extended stays/working remotely from Blue Beach House please don’t hesitate to ask.
Our housekeeper is following CDC and VRBO cleaning protocols. We do ask that no guest visit if they have been recently, or are, ill. Please do not hesitate to ask us any questions. Thank you.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Smoking in the home or on the property may result in a $500 or more additional cleaning fee.
No cats; dogs considered. Contact owner BEFORE booking for dog(s) approval! The back yard is fully fenced and a nice amount of space for dogs. House rules of no dogs on any furniture or beds at anytime. Plan to bring a dog bed or crate. Dogs do love to run on the beach. We have a $75 per pet per stay fee.
