Beautiful bay front property. 1000+ feet of Private Beach is steps away from the back door with miles of beachcombing awaits you at this beautiful property. West facing porch for beautiful sunsets. This property is located between Aberdeen Washington and Westport Washington. Westport and Grayland beach is 7 miles from the home. There's plenty of parking for Boats for those wishing to fish for Salmon in the local rivers and bay.

We kindly request no RVs or camper trailers and NO TENTS. If you wish to have friends with RVs stay with you, please have them visit HipCamp.com to rent an RV spot next to the home. We have 5 beautiful RV sites overlooking the bay with full hook-ups just steps away from the cabin. And please do not set up tents in the yard. Tents kill the grass and we wish for every guest to be able to enjoy lush green grass to walk around in during their stay.

Perfect vacation house

Quiet getaway

Loved the roomy house and near private beach. Only saw one other campers on the beach the whole time we were there. TVs in every room, nice big rec room, could have invited more people to stay we only had 4. Well stocked kitchen better than most places we have stayed. Would come back to bisit again.

We spent 3 nights at this lovely property. Our kids loved that the beach was right out the back door. The property had great amenities and the host was very responsive to our needs. We will definitely be back for a vacation again.

Quiet retreat

Fun times!

We made many great memories with our kids at this home. Frequent kite flying on the home’s own beach on the bay was a total blast for our youngest. Water balloon fight in the giant grassy yard. Short drive to Westport to watch some big waves crash at the ocean, eat some delicious fish n chips at “The King Tide” and explore downtown. The home was very clean with everything we needed to feel comfortable and enjoy ourselves.

I do want to let people know the tide is way out most of the time so doesn’t look like picture except in evenings The house is nice. Go to 2 elderly the beds were high. The counter perfect and reclined. The seafood is amazing at local places. Thank you

Amazing

The house, the property, the view, the customer service, even the weather was beyond amazing. Being older with mobility issues, I had a hard time getting on the high bed but that's just me. There are options to accommodate the entire family. The second fridge in the family room was a nice touch. All in all a wonderful experience.

Everything was perfect except…..

The place was clean, the beds very comfortable, the living room sofa reclined and everything you could possibly require in the kitchen. It was much more spacious than it looked on the listing. The location right on the beach was superb with not a soul in sight. I loved it, my dog loved it, but my friend who is 80+ complained because the internet was intermittent. The host required a few chores to be done on leaving which I normally expect the cleaning service to do but she was most helpful with the internet problems.

Amazing getaway

My family and I enjoyed this location. Being a pet friendly spot, with accesses to the beach made this so much fun for the dogs and kids. The sunsets made the night and west port town is just 15 minutes away. I only wish that the rv site next door had a full fence. We had to keep picking up after the campers dogs since they wouldnt do it. They would let there dogs come over to house and some of them werent the friendliest which made it hard for our kids and dogs to be outside alone. Other than that we had a great time.

Always a great place to stay

This is the third time staying here. It is comfortably set up and allows for space for everyone. Only issue we had this time, was the kids staying in the camp next to us kept driving through the yard through out the stay. It wasn't a big deal it just upset our dog. We will be back again for our girls weekend next year. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us.

Why they chose this property

We saw this property listed for sale and saw the unlimited potential. We have a picture of the original cabin in the home. We had a vision, and we think it has been realized. The property is very quiet with beautiful views of the bay, sunsets, and the town of Westport.

What makes this property unique

This home was built originally in the 1930's and is less than 50 feet from the sandy beach of grays harbor. the tranquility of sitting in the hot tub and listening to the waves is amazing. we have a winery within five minutes and the Pacific Ocean in ten minutes. There are only three properties on the bay in a mile in either direction. we own over a thousand feet of bay frontage, so you feel free to do what you want. Stores, restaurants and brew pubs are ten minutes to Westport. The kids will love playing in the shallow sandy bay all day long.
