Beautiful courtyard with grill. Perfect for bride to be!.....Stairs are original to home, smaller than today s standards. ***Please note, not suited for guests with physical limitations.

We moved here from NC in 2017 after purchasing this historic property and guest house, which had always been a dream of mine, and to create a short term vacation rental. After a year and a half of lots of tender love & care, sweat and tears, we created this charming and cozy home, full of antiques that I have collected for over 30 years. We are full time residents of Savannah and proud parents of two rescue terriers, Nigel & QBee, who love walks and picnics in Forsyth Park!

This property is so unique and charming!!! The Tattnall neighborhood is a quiet gem, wonderful and close to everything. Forsyth Park is 3 blocks away, perfect for picnics, Saturday morning farmer's market. A short walk to downtown, through many of Savannah's 22 beautiful squares.
