This fully renovated town home is located in the heart of Key Largo in a gated community with 24-hour security. The amenities include an on-site marina (with boat ramp), ocean-front access, boat trailer parking, a saltwater lagoon, 2 heated pools, MANY Tiki huts throughout the property, a playground, a small sand beach, and tennis courts. Guests can go boating, fishing, snorkeling, diving, kayaking, or just relax in the tropical sun! They can enjoy great restaurants by the water within walking distance. Access to the marina ramp is free. If you need a boat slip, please let us know we will provide you with the marina s information.

Our spacious three-story, three-bedroom, three-bath, two- living room town home has been completely renovated with a comfortable modern style. Two living rooms (one on the first floor and one on the second floor) offer a unique opportunity for your family to spread out. The fully stocked kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and a large counter with 6 stools. In either living room you can kick back on our comfy sofa in front of the new large flat screen Smart HDTVs. This home is conveniently located in front of the saltwater swimming lagoon and only a few steps from the lagoon beach area which can be seen from the balcony-- a great layout for families! The adults can watch the kids swim in the lagoon while relaxing on the screened balcony.

Key Largo Stay

While we had a great time, the property was clean and loaded with supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap, pretty full kitchen - much more than other rentals), if you are renting with older people, keep in mind the 2 flights of steps. Property is smaller than appears in the photos and 2 of the 3 bathrooms are very small. All in all, a good trip.

Mini Lobster Season Stay

Several of us stayed at this townhome during mini lobster season 2023. The house is in a great spot and very comfortable and nice! We had to pay for a slip at the marina for the boat which was a little unfortunate due to price but that’s my only complaint.
