Studio completely renovated in 2018 of 22 m2, with Wi-Fi, 8 m2 terrace, in a secure and quiet residence, benefits from a large swimming pool composed of two pools, a shared barbecue, a fully closed parking for cars and bikes, many green spaces ...

Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple!

The location of the residence, its proximity to the sea, the many facilities at your disposal, will make you feel at home!

-We ask you to BRING your household linen (towels, sheet and duvet cover 140x190); A laundromat is nearby if necessary; OPTIONAL supply of household linen (specify it at least 15 days in advance)

-The cleaning at the end of the stay is your responsibility and will be controlled by a third party after your departure. It is up to you to make the accommodation PERFECTLY CLEAN (garbage bag and products provided) and everything must be stored in the original locations, failing which we will systematically take 60 euros from the DEPOSIT

Some basic products are also available to you:
household products, toilet paper, soap and shampoo, trash bags, sponges, salt and pepper, spices, sugar, olive oil and vinegar, coffee and filter, different varieties of tea and herbal tea, pasta, rice, mayo sauces, ketchup, BBQ ...

-The floor has been redone, please do not walk in the studio with your shoes on.

-If you notice an anomaly during your entry on site (cleanliness, dysfunction, incomplete inventory ...), please notify us on the day of your arrival (by phone and by sending one or photos), otherwise the good will be considered to have been given clean and in perfect working order

To optimize the comfort of your stay, you will have at your disposal:

BZ 140 cm new with thick, high-quality mattress, Top fridge with new 4-star freezer compartment, free Wi-Fi, induction hob, fan, new multifunction microwave, HDTV Samsung LED 80 cm new with USB and HDMI input connected to TNT, heated clothes line, coffee maker, kettle, electric citrus press, paper towel, dishwashing product, suitable induction cookware, plates, glasses, mugs, kitchen utensils, corkscrew, bottle opener ...

You will also find on site:
Cleaning products, first aid kit, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, hair straightener, hangers, smoke detector…

Attention the BZ is new, and has a draw sheet; you must put sheets for hygiene reasons. In case of stain on the mattress, the entire deposit will be retained

The accommodation is non-smoking but you can smoke on the terrace. In the event of a cigarette burn inside the accommodation, the full deposit will be due.

Est ce une vraie question ? Le jour même on m’appelle pour me dire qu’en fait je n’ai pas le logement !!! Réservé depuis avril pour les 60 ans de ma maman. Une honte. Qui est en tord le proprio ou Abritel ? On ne saura jamais. Dans les deux cas c’est une honte. Merci d’avoir gâché nos vacances.

Le descriptif de l'annonce n'est pas conforme à la réalité, appartement vétuste et sale

C'est une honte de louer un appartement aussi vétuste dans un état de saleté et de détérioration.Ménage pas fait, poubelle pas vidée, literie souillé, murs délabrés, meubles ne correspondant pas au descriptif. Ci-joint les photos et vidéo de l'appartement, Sachant que le gérant immobilier vous a demandé de nous rembourser je ne vous incrimine pas, sauf qu'à l'avenir faite en sorte d'être prudent quand vous mettez des locations de la sorte sur votre site. Comment des propriétaires osent mettre en location un appartement délabré, de plus en marquant que si on ne marche pas pieds nu dans l'appartement la caution est retenue, ainsi que le ménage ou la casse etc... Je ne recommanderais pas votre site Salutations
