Studio cabin of 24m ² with a terrace of 4m ², composed of a living room with a Bz in 140cm, tv and air conditioning, an open equipped kitchen, a cabin with a double bed in 140cm, a bathroom and a separate toilet, a pantry with a washing machine. 200m from the beach, close to the shops of South Beach, Thalassotherapy. Pets not allowed. Furnished and equipped for 4 people. Recommended vehicle.
OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen kit: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover kit: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person

Two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
