Studio surface 20 m²: Kitchen, coffee maker, dishwasher, very comfortable sofa bed 140, TV led, walk-in shower, washing machine, triple glazing, ventilation, internet, wifi, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner , gas central heating and electrical staff, linens / bedding / towels provided free of charge if necessary. A deposit of 300 € (by check not cashed) is requested on arrival.
The cleaning fee (30 €) is refunded if the cleaning is done at the exit (same cleanliness as on arrival)
