Une dizaine de jours à la Toussaint mais par un temps magnifique. Studio trÚs bien situé, tout prÚs du centre ville. Tout était trÚs propre, beaucoup de matériel neuf. Le lit confortable. Accueil trÚs sympathique. J'y retournerai volontiers.

Excellent emplacement, quelques pas des rues commerçantes, commodités et bons artisans. Centre thermal à 6 mn en voiture et 10-15mn à pied. Propriétaire réactif; bonne qualité de connexion internet. Petit déjeuner au balcon en octobre. Voisinage sympathique.

2 stars is not valid!!!

the price is low and attractive....but I would like to know who gave this apartment 2 stars, because it is only equipped with used furniture and certainly recovered in or on second-hand markets. We stayed more than 4 days without being able to take a shower (the tap was broken!). I have photos of this studio at your disposal. only the bed mattress seemed recent!! I'm not talking about the air conditioning which works like a tractor!!! we will never come back here.

Logement trÚs sale pas de confort insécurité au niveau électroménager clim en guise de table de nuit etc etun ouvrier pendant 11 jours sur une cure de 18 jours voir dossier chez vous en coursps de réponse de vous qui nous avait affirmé nous tenir informé avant notre départ mais silence radio

Si les propriétaires ont été trÚs arrangeants pour les horaires , je reste trÚs déçue, par l'état de l'appartement vétuste et le ménage inexistant. PoussiÚre partout, toutes les bouches d'aération encrassées , ventilateur poussiéreux, le fonds des wc noir ! traces de gras en cuisine et le pire c'était l'état réfrigérateur ,sans lumiÚre, et sale ! J'ai, dû déposer des feuilles de papier sur les étagÚres pour pouvoir poser des aliments ! Dommage , car le studio est bien placé et clair.

Excellent accueil. Correspond au descriptif. Fonctionnel et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Literie impeccable. Proche du centre ville, de la gare, des bus et des commerces. Bien exposĂ© avec le soleil le matin et l’ombre le soir. Immeuble calme. Seul bĂ©mol
 la rue est trĂšs passante et du coup bruyante, obligeant Ă  garder les fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es. Une climatisation serait un plus 😎

Bonjour Mme Biniek, Le séjour s'est trÚs bien passé, nous avons visité Aix les bains, et Annecy et ce fût un agréable week-end. Le studio est trÚs bien équipé, et idéalement situé en plein centre ville. Pout le stationnement gratuit, plus bas au niveau de la gendarmerie c'est gratuit. L'appartement est conforme Ă  la description. Il est bien Ă©quipĂ© et permet de profiter pleinement des vacances. Il est bien placĂ© au centre ville et proche de toutes les commoditĂ©s. Des places de parking gratuites sont disponibles Ă  2 minutes. La literie est par contre de qualitĂ© moyenne et nous empĂȘche de mettre 5 Ă©toiles. Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans ce studio et la propriĂ©taire est accueillante et sympathique. Nous recommandons cette location pour des sĂ©jours calmes et reposants.
