A true haven of peace, in a quiet residential area, a few minutes from the historic center of St Rémy-de-Provence and the citadel of Baux-de-Provence, is the charming Provencal villa of 120 m², fully equipped, located on 850 m2 wooded grounds with its 8mX4m Desjoyaux swimming pool built in 2014. Villa Kristina combines the charm of the countryside near the city, Its added value, its privileged assets are optimized by a unique positioning, in the heart of a strategic axis between St Rémy-de-Provence, Les Baux-de- Provence, Arles and Avignon and only 1 hour from Saintes Maries de la Mer in the Camargue, with its beaches as far as the eye can see.
The villa "Kristina" is made up of a capacity of 6 adults with the possibility (to be discussed) of 1 to 2 additional children: 3 double bedrooms upstairs of 10 m2, 12 m2 and 13 m2, decorated with beds and brand new mattresses in 160X200 with their adjoining bathroom and WC.
On the ground floor 1 beautiful bedroom - office with its 160X200 bed and around 18 m2 with direct access to the outside and the swimming pool.
The living room and dining room are open to the outside providing pleasant light, the kitchen making it possible to offer guests quality meals due to its recent layout.
All the bedrooms and living room and dining room are refreshed by the recent installation (May 2017) of 2 new Daikin air conditioning systems essential for your comfort.
The terrace under natural arbor has a large tempered glass table for 8 people, accompanied by its comfortable armchair chairs overlooking the swimming pool and the beautifully wooded garden.
The lounge area and outdoor sofas will welcome you under its 4X3m pergola and comfortable armchairs, facing the swimming pool, to taste these precious moments of conviviality and sharing. A barbecue and plancha area will allow you to enjoy good grills to share in laughter and good humor.

MAGNIFIQUE VILLA PROVENCALE

Nous sommes un couple avec deux enfants et avons séjourné à la villa Kristina du 19 Aout au 2 septembre. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour. La villa est superbement aménagée et avec beaucoup de gout et très propre. Le descriptif de la location est tout à fait conforme et aucun équipement ne manque. Nous nous y sentions bien et son atmosphère reposante était bien agréable après une journée de visite dans cette belle région. L'emplacement central de la villa nous a permis de découvrir une bonne partie de la région. Le jardin de la villa est très agréable. La piscine est vraiment magnifique et bien entretenue et là encore un robot y assure une grande propreté. Le petit salon extérieur sous les oliviers face à la piscine est superbe. Un havre de paix et de repos. Christiane et Patrick, les propriétaires, nous ont assuré un accueil chaleureux et très sympathique. Ils ont été disponibles et très efficaces. Leurs conseils (qui sont d'ailleurs répertoriés sur le livret d'accueil) nous ont été bien utiles durant le séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Très bonne location à recommander. Une magnifique villa, dans un quartier calme d'une jolie petite ville. C'était tout à fait adapté à notre besoin (4 adultes et 4 enfants) et la literie est vraiment très bien. Une grande piscine dans un cadre très bien entretenu avec la possibilité de prendre l'apéro sous les oliviers au son des cigales. Encore un grand merci à Christiane et Patrick, qui en plus d'être très professionnels, sont vraiment sympathiques !!! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ...

Villa idéale pour séjour en famille ou entre amis

Villa parfaitement conforme au descriptif. La piscine et les coins détente extérieurs sont très agréables. La clim permet de dormir à l'abri des grosses chaleurs. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et réactifs en cas de besoin. L'unique salle de bain permet de profiter de la douche solaire au bord de la piscine.

Superbe location

Très belle villa , calme et idéalement située. À deux pas de st Rémy de Provence, des baux , d'Avignon et de plein d'autres petits villages typiques de cette belle région provençale. La location est conforme au descriptif. Superbe piscine et petit coin à l'ombre,sous les oliviers. Sous prés de 40 degrés les 2 clims sont très appréciables. Intérieur aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et très propre. Merci à Christiane et à Patrick, grâce à leur gentillesse et leurs précieux conseils notre séjour fut très réussi .
