Just plain beautiful!!

Perfect location to relax and reset. The owner is very communicative and responsive. He suggested many options for restaurants, sailing excursions, personal chef, driver, massage and was available for additional questions during our stay.

Heavenly Anguilla

Just spent a fabulous week at Water’s Edge. Charles is a very responsive owner. The villa is incredibly well equipped especially the kitchen. Plenty of beach towels and 4 great beach chairs and 2 umbrellas and a cooler. The location is very convenient to the ferry and to our favorite beach-Rendezvous Bay. While on Island we had to get medical attention for two minor issues. Had great experience with Hughes Medical Center and Atlantic Star Center of Medical Excellence. For a memorable experience take in a sail on Tradition.

Beautiful house and location.

Very nice. There were a few issues but the property manager was very quick to respond. Expectations were high and, for the most part, met.

70th Birthdays

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Waters Edge with a very concentrated effort by the owners to make sure our visit to Anguilla was trouble free from beginning to end.

Great waterfront villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day trip to. Anguilla. Prior to our arrival, the owner was very helpful with arranging transportation, a car rental and other advice regarding activities on the island. The pictures are very accurate - the pool and pool deck is large; the house is very nicely furnished and well decorated. The daily maid service was built in and very good. The house next door is being rebuilt (thankfully no building activity was going on!) and the villa is down a long dirt road. The location is convenient (short drive) to great beaches and beach bars - return at the end of the day to a beautiful, very private villa with fabulous ocean views and a view of St. Martin.
