There are many beaches in Destin and many places to stay.. Once you have experienced the luxury of our Silver Beach Towers 1603E condo, you will have found your home away from home for this years' vacation and those to come. With only 3 condo units per floor, Silver Beach offers the privacy and exclusivity that discerning vacationers want, expect and deserve!! We are completely non-smoking and do not allow pets.

This Silver Beach 3 bedroom (all king bedrooms, each with its own bath) condo has dramatic views and reflects the love and care we have taken to make sure you have everything needed to make your beach vacation picture perfect!!

Wonderful Condo with Great Views

This Condo was great, really enjoyed the closet full of beach supplies for us to use! Condo was very clean and we all enjoyed our stay there. Only down side for me is the bed was on the Hard side, but that is a personal preference and I am sure a lot of people like it that way. Would stay again for sure!!

Dream Vacation Condo

We went for my son’s graduation. The view is breathtaking, the condo was perfect. Lots of room, essentials and extras. The facilities are are just as amazing. We had chairs and umbrella set up daily which is a huge value. I highly recommend staying here, location, condo and facilities were top notch!

Wonderful Family Vacation!

Beautiful condo with great views! Gail was easy to work with and super responsive. We loved everything about the condo - the location, the comfy mattresses, the balcony furniture, the movie library and especially the chairs/umbrellas that came with the rental. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Christmas Retreat

This is our 6th annual Christmas beach trip. People includes me, my 20 something son and 80 something mom. We have gone to 6 different locations and this is the first one that may really get repeated. We LOVED the condo inside and out. It was well stocked, clean, and tastefully decorated but not overdone. Host was great to work with. And we loved Destins beautiful beach.

Silver Beach Towers is the best condo to stay in at Destin!

Amazing views from the 16th floor, and plenty of space in this condo! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and the beach closet was great for some additional beach toys for the kiddos, and we were even able to leave a few things we bought for the next family to enjoy. There were lots of extra pillows, but no pillow cases, so make sure to pack a few. We had to go buy a few for our stay. I Would love to see some thicker blankets, as I tend to always be cold, and the bedding was very thin-Which my husband loved :) Would definitely recommend this condo, and we would love to stay here again in the future!

The overall stay was wonderful. Very nice beach. Clean condo. The only issues we had during our stay is when I had asked previously a couple times (and it is says in the listing) if the pool was HEATED?? Was told Yes it was heated.. it clearly is NOT heated. The pool was very very cold. The second issue was the tub in the master suite did not work either. Other than this it’s a pleasant place to stay.

We had a wonderful time! Saw dolphins every morning from the balcony! Condo is well equipped! And beautifully decorated! Gail was great to check in and address any problems! Only complaint, and it is minor, master shower could use some grout cleaner. And other bath tub in the hall was slippery! But the condo was clean and comfortable! There was a problem with the door handle that was addressed immediately by Gail, who is very attentive! We would definitely book this condo again.

Large condo was Awesome

This condo has room to spare for a family of 6 adults and 2 kids. View was amazing, clean as a pin! Elevators super fast and pool area fantastic. Everything you could possibly need to cook a meal and the Beach closet with all the toys and beach chairs was an added plus! Can’t say enough great things about it! Have stayed many many condos in 40 years of coming to beach every year. This one was one of the best.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is in impeccable condition with design and decoration updated including new furniture in the Master Suite and all new LPV flooring through the condo. Perfect for travel groups of 6 people or less. Every bathroom has a view of the water and is fully stocked down to the hair dryers! Just bring your beach towels, some sunscreen, a bathing suite and a toothbrush and you're all set!!
