About this property

Handicapped accessible. This property is a very cozy space with a private dock on the inter coastal waterway. Ideal for birdwatchers and fishermen. The dolphins honor us with their presence on the daily. It is only 1 block from the beach, Grocery, Bait shop, Pharmacy, restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Washer, dryer, full kitchen, king bed and sun room. Wifi and cable included. Treasure Island is 40 minutes to Clearwater, 60 minutes from Sarasota and 2 hours from Disney. There is a plethora of opportunities for cultural activities and fine dining in nearby Tampa and St. Petersburg. A perfect spot for spring training baseball lovers.

Great getaway

Excellent location! Well equipped, with all you need in the kitchen, and for the beach. Great view of intercostal waterway. Sunrises are beautiful, and there are numerous birds, and dolphins cruise by. Cars are optional, with groceries, pharmacy, and restaurants literally a block or two away. Owner is helpful and responsive. Thanks for a great getaway!

Excellent property to stay at for vacation.

This property was absolutely beautiful and stunning to stay in. The view of the bay behind the property was perfect for my stay, as it made dolphin watching enjoyable while eating breakfast in the morning. The property was very clean and made me feel as if I was at home. The location of the property is perfect, as you’re in walking distance from the beach, local restaurants, and a nearby Publix. The owner (Lynn) was very friendly and made my stay at her property more welcoming. I will definitely consider staying at this property again in the future.

That View!

This property is located right in the middle of everything you need. Upon arriving, the owner checked in to make sure all was good. Great recommendations on places to eat. The place is outdated. Could use some newer, more comfortable furniture and appliances. The bed mattress is hard. The view from the unit is absolutely stunning! Neighbors are quiet. Watched dolphins go by every day for a week. We had a great week in Treasure Island.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be renting this place again! Great location, walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery store and beach! Owner is great and the dock was fun to fish off of and relax! Thanks for renting your place to us Lynn! We even decided to stay an extra day because we were having so much fun and Lynn was able to accommodate us!!
