Welcome to our home in paradise. Stylish luxury in a coastal theme, minutes from Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins Beach State Park by foot, bike or car. Shopping, recreation and dining options everywhere.

Spacious and luxurious King size master suite with vessel bathtub, walk in shower, walk in closet and double vanity. Two additional Queen size bedrooms with decorator touches throughout. Second full bathroom with tub shower combination.

Spacious open floor plan features kitchen with breakfast bar seating, dining area, living room and separate reading room all with quality finishes. Double doors lead to a large screened and furnished lanai for your airy enjoyment. And beyond that a fenced and private landscaped back yard with patio and reclining furniture for your outdoor relaxation. A grill is provided.

Laundry room, ironing board and iron, parking in the large driveway, bikes, locks, helmets, an assortment of beach accessories and two sit on top kayaks and gear all provided for your convenience and enjoyment.

Fully stocked kitchen (except the food) has just about all small appliances and accessories you might need. All linens and towels included.

Home sleeps six comfortably. Our home is ready for your private enjoyment. Hope to meet you soon so as to welcome you to our paradise.

Lovely home, close to the beach, can walk to the beach.

Well furnished, stylish, comfortable. By far the best vacation spot we've ever been in. backyard has comfortable seating with plenty of sunshine. Everything you need is provided by the gracious owner.

Why they chose this property

A few block walk, bike ride or car ride to the beaches. Car parking is available at the beach also. Bikes, kayaks and accessories included in the rental, as well as beach gear. Great fishing at Wiggins Pass minutes away. Golf all around. Shopping everywhere and close by. Trade Joes, Whole Foods, Publix, Walmart, The Mercato Shopping district and so many other choices less than a mile away. The sunsets await you.
