Ground floor easy access with NO STAIRS. Less than 300 steps to our AMAZING pool and clubhouse. Take advantage of Falling Waters on Davis awesome amenities. Relax on the back lanai with a waterfall feature. Enjoy the sunrise on the front lanai with a relaxing breakfast. Miles of walking in our gated community and shopping/dining is under 2 miles. Swim, SUN, play tennis and bocce. Play horseshoes or practice your putting. Make a short drive to the beach and 5th ave or travel 30 minutes to Marco or the everglades. Miles of bike trails nearby. GOLF courses ABOUND! Public transit(CAT) stops in front of our community. Only 30 minutes to RSW airport. NOTE: We prefer full multiple month single family rentals during peak season.
